This course is designed for experienced counsel who are already familiar with military defense litigation. The guest instructors for this course are all recognized experts in their respective fields and, therefore, this is one of the most valuable training opportunities offered by NJS. Active-duty commissioned Coast Guard officers who are graduates of an ABA accredited law school, and who are admitted to practice before the bar of a federal court or the highest court of a state/commonwealth.
