12 PERFORMANCE ORIENTED CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY (POCA) Features: Sole Source 8(a), firm approved by SBA. NTE 36 months or $4.0M total. G&A rate negotiated at contract award. Materials/Labor/Profit negotiated per task order. Typically issued bilaterally and as Firm Fixed Price. - Type 1 Site survey/investigation and work plan. Upon approval, another task order will be issued for the construction work. - Type 2 Utilizes off-the-shelf specifications. - Type 3 No requirement for survey/investigation, construction work only.
