UPCOMING TRAINING ACTIVITIES For planned training activities visit 6. DRESS & DEPORTMENT As with all military establishments, the highest possible standard is the only acceptable standard. Due to the fact we are situated in the NCR and beside NDHQ, it is imperative that your dress and deportment is always at its best. When leaving the drill hall, ensure jackets are done up, you re hands are not in your pockets and you are acting in a professional manner. b. CIC Officers will follow the CF 265 CF Dress Instructions. i. Normal training nights No. 3B/3C; ii. Commanding Officer s Parade No. 1A; and iii. 5 c. Cadets will follow CATO Army Cadet Dress Instructions. i. Normal training nights 1) Cdt-MCpl: C4 (Routine Dress T-Shirt (summer dress) or Sweater (winter dress)) 2) Sgt-CWO: C2 (Winter), C2A (Summer) ii. Commanding Officer s Parade C1 medals (all ranks); iii. Other training nights/activities as ordered Combats (all ranks); and iv. Other training nights/activities as ordered Appropriate civilian attire. d. Military volunteers while following the CF 265 CF Dress Instructions, military volunteers can wear their respective unit s dress of the day. e. RESTORATION OF FORMER RANK INSIGNIA Within the coming weeks and months you will notice that the Government of Canada has chosen to restore the form ranks and insignia prior to the 1968 unification.
