Records covered by this rule may include: capital budget files, budget planning and forecast, approved budget, budget reports and any other documents related to the budgetary management and control including supporting documentation and notes; accounting statements including summary statements of revenue and expenditure, statements of surpluses and deficits, deviation analyses, summaries of transfers and additional budgets, reports on capital expenditures.
