Portions affected by this revision are listed in the summary of change. Summary. This circular lists restricted areas on Fort Hood. Applicability. Designated restricted areas in this circular apply to military and civilian personnel who access Fort Hood for any reason. Restricted areas also apply to mobilized units. Mobilization statement. During full mobilization, requirements of this circular remain in effect. Supplementation. Supplementation of this circular is prohibited without prior approval from the Directorate Emergency Services (DES). Suggested improvements. The proponent of this circular is the Directorate of Emergency Services, (DES). Areas designated as restricted areas by a previous action: Are not affected by this action. Remain so designated. Report any change in status of one of these areas as it applies to this designation to the Commander, III Corps and Fort Hood, (IMHD-ESS), Fort Hood, Texas RESPONSIBILITIES 2a Units Units are responsible for security requirements and posting signs regarding the restricted areas for which they are responsible according to AR , paragraph b Significance Every person and vehicle entering restricted areas is subject to search. Unauthorized entry is prohibited. Photographing, making notes, drawings, maps, or graphic representations of these areas or their activities is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Commander.
