36 Martin Luther King - Parking During the summer administrative employees will not have any parking concerns. We are working with a local church to gain access to their parking lot for the remaining time at MLK. More details to come.
37 Safety & Security
38 Security Badges Each of the three location will have an armed security guard. Card readers will be used to enter the buildings. Badges must be worn at all times while in the buildings. OKCPS is currently going through a re-keying process and keys will be distributed sparingly.
39 Emergency Drills Administration staff will be located at multiple sites. Any personnel at a school site must participate in all emergency drills. Each semester: 2 fire drills 2 security drills (1 lockout and 1 lockdown) 1 tornado drill 1 additional drill chosen by the site August and January there will be two drills as the schools are required to conduct a fire drill in the first 10 days of the semester and a security drill within the first 15 days of the semester. Additionally at Operations Ian Wolfe is in the process of updating the EOP to accommodate the additional personnel and we will be drilling monthly as well.
40 Intercoms Intercoms will be disabled in the offices of Administration employees. The intercoms in the halls will be sufficient to hear the warnings for all emergency drills
