1 LOUISIANA DISTRICT ATTORNEYS ASSOCIATION Highway Interdiction and Drug Asset Forfeiture POST Certification Seminar December 2-4, Crowne Plaza Lafayette - Lafayette, LA CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION This Seminar will presumptively qualify for a maximum of continuing legal education credits (includes ethics). REGISTRATION FEE Registration is open to everyone employed within the criminal justice system. REGULAR FEE AT DOOR Includes: All training sessions, handouts and coffee breaks, and planned social functions for the registrant $100 $150 Travel expenses and incidentals are the responsibility of the registrant. You have three (3) ways to register: 1) register on-line at 2) fax the registration form to LDAA Headquarters at (225) ; or 3) mail the enclosed registration form to LDAA Headquarters at 1645 Nicholson Drive, Baton Rouge, Louisiana Payment may be made at a later date prior to the Seminar. Checks (payable to the LDAA), cash, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) may be used for payment of registration fees. Refund policy: If the LDAA office is notified by Wednesday, November 25, 2009, in writing or by telephone, a full refund will be made. After this cutoff date, there will be no refunds. ACCOMMODATIONS The Association has obtained special accommodation rates for attendees at the Seminar site, the Crowne Plaza Lafayette located at 1801 West Pinhook Road in Lafayette, Louisiana. The special room rate is $99 for single, double, triple, or quad occupancy. To make reservations, simply contact the hotel s registration desk directly at (800) Reservations must be guaranteed by one night s deposit or a major credit card.
