Purpose. To provide the names of midshipmen selected for Brigade striper billets for first semester, Academic Year 2017 and publish procedures for submission of complete striper organizations. Instructions regarding the operation and administration of the Brigade Organization are contained in reference (a). 2. Information. The Brigade Striper Board met in April 2016 and nominated Class of 2017 midshipmen to fill Brigade striper billets, and Class of 2018 midshipmen to fill Brigade and Regimental Sergeants Major, and the Brigade Training Sergeant billets for first semester, Academic Year There will be a ceremonial midshipman change of command on 25 May However, the approved midshipmen listed below along with all other midshipmen selected for striper positions, shall not assume their respective ranks and responsibilities, or wear their ranks on their uniforms until fall semester Brigade reform. a.
