Repealer: Any Ordinance or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed as to their inconsistencies only. Effective Date: This Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication as provided by law. Notice This ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at the regular meeting of the Township Committee, of the Township of Washington, Warren County, New Jersey, on November 20, 2017 and will be considered for final reading and adoption at a regular meeting to be held at 7:30 p.m. on December 19, 2017 at the Washington Township Municipal Building, 211 Route 31 North, Washington Township, Warren County, New Jersey.
