1 OFFICE OF THE CHIEF VIGILANCE OFFIC~R National Cooperative Consumers Federation of India Ltd.(NCCF) 92-Deepali Building (6 th floor), Nehru Place, New Delhi I9 Sub: Observance of Vigilance Awareness Week from 27 th October to 01 st November-2014 in the offices of NCCF - regarding It is informed by the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) that this year the Vigilance Awareness WeeK would be observed from 27 th October-2014(Monday) to 01 st November-2014(Saturday). This year the theme of observing Vigilance Awareness Week is "COMBATING CORRUPTION - TECHNOLOGY AS AN ENABLER." In accordance with CVC directions, the Competent Authority has taken the following decisions for observance of the Vigilance Awareness Week in NCCF: (a) A pledge shall be taken by all the employees of NCCF at a.m. on 27 th October Text of pledge both in Hindi and English is enclosed as Annexure- I. (b) To display banners (as per Annexure-II) at prime locations In Head Offi ce/branch eslsu b-branches; (c) To display notice (as per Annexure-III) on a permanent sign board at the entry of Head Office/branches/sub-branches. (d) To arrange Essay & Slogan Writing Competition on at a.m. (time 30 minutes) both in Hindi & English on the topic "COMBATING CORRUPTION - TECHNOLOGY AS AN ENABLER." The Essay should be around 500 words and should reach the GM(P&A) by post or by hand latest by 10 th Nov.2014 positively. (e) Each 1st, 2 nd & 3 rd winners of Essay & Slogan Writing Competition will be awarded with a Certificate and cash prize of Rs , Rs.IOOO/- & Rs.700/- respectively. Further, five consolation prizes of Rs.500/- each may be given to participants. Reg'ional Managers are requested to ensure participation by all the employees working in the branch.

2 (g) The General Manager (P&A) and Regional Managers of all the branches/subbranches will send a detailed report on observance of Vigilance Awareness Week to the Vigilance Cell by 14 th Nov positively for consolidation and onward submission to CVe.. ~-;h;;.1l~ Assistant Manager (Vigilance) -All Divisional Heads in Head Office. -All branches/sub-branches ofnccf.
