9 Eligible service members interested in applying for this program must submit their TWI Preference Statement; see below for format, to HRC Military Schools Branch for availability of commercial companies and further eligibility criteria, if any. TWI Preference Statement 1. I understand that if I am selected to participate in the Training With Industry (TWI) Program, as outlined in AR , I will incur s service remaining requirement (SRR), IAW AR , in the United States Army for a period of three times the length of the period, computed in days, that I am educated under the provisions of my program. She is an extremely astute individual with the utmost professionalism, dedication, and technical knowledge in her field as a CURRENT MOS TITLE. 2.
