Mission Statement Sark Securities Inc. was established to provide the United States Government with the most advanced conventional and unconventional Urban Warfare Survival Training and Tactics to date. We are a corporation fundamentally designed around research and development with the ability to provide training to only U.S. Assets. Our vision is to drastically improve current training methodologies by providing the most advanced and tactically applicable skill-set available. Sark Security Group R&D specifically targets the Instructor community to provide cost effective continuity in the following areas: Hostage-Survival, Evasion Tactics, Edged Weapons Tactical Applications and Defense, Ground Survival, High Risk Training, Stress Inoculation, Psychological Control, Neuro-Kinetics Development, Cultural Awareness, Executive Protection, High Risk Escort Tactics, Mobile Engagements within Confined Spaces (Plane, Bus, Vehicle), Vulnerability and Threat Assessments, Weapons Deployment, Retention and Disarmament. Sark Securities has the innate ability to reverse engineer tomorrow s threat. We design proactive measures to counter today s ever advancing criminal and terrorist organizations. Our company s greatest strength is in our ability to teach and effectively relay our critical knowledge to appropriate U.S. Authorities. Sark Securities focuses on cost effective continuity, allocation of all useful resources, and accountability of both our critical abilities and unique instructional capabilities. It would be our pleasure to assist your agency in their training efforts. At Sark Securities We Set The Standard is not our motto, it is the backbone of our corporation s standards in safety, tactics, and training. Our Cadre of World Class SME s will leave a lasting impression within your agency. Thank you for your time and we look forward to working with you in the near future. Respectfully, Chris Ghannam President, Sark Securities Inc.
Host Agency Boone County Sheriff Course Outline (16 Hour): Date: 01 AUG 08 thru 02 AUG 08 Location: Burlington, KY Objective: The focal point of our orientation program is to showcase our unique tactical, technical and instructional capabilities. Sark Securities Inc. will demonstrate on multiple platforms that we are the industry s leader in officer and operator survival. We provide the tactical and instructional know-how to keep your officers operating at peak performance levels. We will incorporate a skill-set that will dramatically improve the survivability of your officers on the street, while simultaneously reducing the probability of excessive force cases statewide against your distinguished police force. Purpose: Since our inception on December 20 th 2005 we have been diligently developing methods of producing security forces capable of surviving against extreme odds in urban combat. Our unique instructional capabilities were originally designed for the Military Special Forces community forced to operate overseas in extremely hostile environments. With the influx of advanced tactics that have been utilized by splinter cells throughout the United States and more commonly found among criminal organizations such as MS-13, we once again found ourselves back at the drawing board. Today Sark Securities Inc. is implementing curriculums specifically designed for U.S. State and Federal Law Enforcement communities. Today s criminals and terrorist organizations are advancing at a rate that is becoming extremely difficult for law enforcement officials to gain the required advantage to insure the safety of our men and woman in uniform. The terrorist and criminal mind is constantly evolving. The repeat offender or advanced criminal familiar with current LE tactical signatures poses a serious threat to any man or woman who has sworn to support and defend. The evolution of today s MMA and fighting sports have assisted law enforcement officials in their ability to defend as well as produced a highly functional and extremely physical criminal. Our instructional approach teaches from only a survival based mentality. Our curriculums have been specifically designed for various Military and Law Enforcement communities; abiding by any current Rules of Engagement or Use of Force Continuums. Sark Security Group Research and Development program is geared towards developing cost effective, proactive, and timely solutions to counter today s advanced threat.
(Day 1) 0730 Safety Debrief: Good training starts with good safety practices. We will address all areas where the potential or likelihood of injury exists. While safety is everyone s responsibility our training cadre accepts full responsibility for safely administering all training evolutions. Sark Security Group R&D will ensure safety and partner preservation remains a priority at all times Survival Based Real World Training: We will demonstrate only effective, 100% applicable and combat proven tactics that will allow the officer to not only survive but completely dominate the engagement. We believe the faster we control and secure the scene, the less likely we are to allow an unnecessary escalation of force. We cut to the core of today s problems in training. We provide relational points of reference and are fully capable of demonstrating from multiple training platforms to accommodate any difference in learning curve Tactical Tandem Cuffing: One of the most overlooked disciplines needed to truly be efficient on the street is having the ability to work as a team when trying to subdue a highly resistive assailant. Typically LE professionals tend to struggle on one subject when 3, 4 and 5 officers lack the ability to effectively work as one. This inability alone has cost Police Departments nationwide millions of dollars in excessive force law suits manipulated by media and public perception Understanding and Defeating Task Saturation and OBE (Overwhelmed By Events): Here we shall discuss the Who, What, Where, and Why officers suffer from these two conditions that can have a detrimental effect on officer survivability Human Anatomy Fixed Point, Surface Area and Short Circuit Lecture: In any combative environment there are a key variables present. This lecture exposes the anatomical flaws in the human body. Here alone the officer will gain the decisive advantage.
(Continued) 1100 Demonstrations, Defeating Today s Police Academies: Do you want to know what your tactical signatures are? Do you want to see how easy it is to defeat multiple academy based control positions? This will be an eye opener for most. The focus is not to discredit rather an avenue to prevent future vulnerabilities Tactical Troubleshooting Best Practices: Here we will discuss guidelines when trying to prove methodologies, levels of tactical applications and methods for removing the obsolete Lunch ********Provided by Sark Securities Inc.********** 1245 Advanced Defensive Tactics, Dominating The Combative Gap: Today s criminals are advancing at an alarming rate and sadly our curriculums are not. Today s grossly popularized Cage Fighting, MMA events and thousands of Internet resources are literally arming tomorrow s criminal. The common defense to the common attack no longer exists. Here you will gain the decisive edged regardless of the level of experience you will face on the street Weapons Retention from all positions, Tac-Vest, Hip and Drop Holsters. You will have a completely different understanding of the three second engagement specifically designed for speed cuffing. This one hour alone will directly improve your survivability regardless if you are a Detective, SWAT/SRT, Patrol, or State Trooper Debrief
0730 Safety Brief, Lessons Learned Recap (Day 2) Good training starts with good safety practices. We will address all areas where the potential or likelihood of injury exists. While safety is everyone s responsibility our training cadre accepts full responsibility for safely administering all training evolutions. Sark Security Group R&D will ensure safety and partner preservation remains a priority at all times. Recap key lessons learned Tactical Knife Applications/Defense Today s advanced criminals and terrorist have shown on multiple occasions their increased tactical capabilities with edged weapons. The emphasis will be placed on having the ability to simplify extremely dynamic engagements. This skill set will prevent the operator from mentally decomposing or freezing which is one of the most common causes of death. True speed in defending an edged weapon attack is derived from one s ability to read the angle of attack and adjust accordingly. Focus of instruction will be on improving the ability to read the attack and counter via footwork and body placement 1030 Advanced Baton Training The baton is one of the most effective weapons an officer can us against a multitude of attacks. There are multiple deficiencies with the tactics being given to officers nationwide. Your department will see firsthand how to best utilize your baton both defensively and offensively as an appropriate level of force in multiple altercations that can arise Lunch ********Provided by Sark Securities Inc.**********
(Continued) 1245 Ground Survival for tomorrow s Law Enforcement Officer The ground is a dangerous place to operate from in most environments, especially for Law Enforcement professionals. Major disadvantages present themselves in the following areas: multiple attackers, weapons retention and deployment, line of sight or field of view, probability of task saturation and tunnel vision, leverage points and physical fatigue. The majority of ground based fighting skills are derived from sport based systems, while many are effective there is a counter to just about every sport based tactic on the ground. Developing skills in body weight displacement will prevent stronger and faster opponents from gaining the advantage on the ground. Displacement strategies will be geared towards forcing the opposition into points of vulnerability specifically designed for countering, overwhelming attacks, reversing positions and allowing forward quick deployment of any available weapon to quickly end the engagement 1400 Real-World Environment Straight Drilling. Here is where rubber meets the road for four straight hours. This will prove to be a valued learning experience for all. (Questions and Answers Session Provided) 1800 Debrief
Sark Security Group R&D Philosophy The only weapon an operator has 24/7/365 is their hands and their head. There is no Blue Print for surviving in an Urban Warfare environment. Through due diligence Sark Security Group R&D has designed pro active solutions to counter advanced criminals and terrorist organizations. Safety and student preservation must always remain a priority regardless of course curriculum intensity. Individualize all training curriculums to meet the demanding needs of today s professionals. Ensure all tactics being taught are 100% applicable for the capacity the professional is currently working in and that all tactics, techniques and training methodologies can be proven on multiple platforms. Simplify where ever possible without losing the effectiveness of the tactics being utilized. As leaders in the Instructor community, we must be able to produce regardless of the unforeseen environmental complexities found in within the Urban Warfare setting. A SME must be able to effectively live demonstrate and instruct with distinct clarity from various platforms to accommodate any difference in learning curve from one student to the next. A SME must remain extremely versed in all applications of any skill set or tactic being taught. All instruction must abide by any and all level of force continuums or rules of engagement guidelines. Only instruct with a survival based methodology. Sark Security Group R&D trainers are focused on improving operator survivability directly impacting mission success. Our Cadre provides a superior skill set that will allow your professionals to come home safely. All tactics, techniques and combat proven methodologies will abide by any and all current regulations governing the professionals of your distinguished Unit/Agency.
