Single Marine Program Our SMP has been re-invigorated with a dedicated lounge in the barracks and new programming. Promote your brand to single and unaccompanied Marines and sailors who live in the barracks and take advantage of recreation programs through the SMP. Holiday Events In early December, we gear up for the holiday season with the morale-boosting 12 Working Days Before Christmas giveaway. Conducted over 12 working days before we break for the holidays, the event reaches out to Marines and sailors from Henderson Hall, the Pentagon, and as far away as the Navy Yard to participate. The smiles on the faces of the winners each day are immeasurable! Travel & Leisure Fair In its first year, this event attracted over 300 visitors looking for ideas for travel and leisure. Have a table at this event and connect with the military, federal civilian, and retiree demographic who enjoy the finer things in life. The fair is held in conjunction with the Henderson Hall Uncorked Spring Wine Festival and attracts an eager clientele. 2

Outdoor banners are a perfect way to get brand recognition and expose your product to those who work and live on Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall as well as the hundreds of visitors contractors and guests who visit each day. The more times a potential customer sees your brand, the greater the possibility that customer will think of you first. 5 Marine Corps Birthday Ball Sponsorship 2016 Celebrating the 241st Birthday of the United States Marine Corps Each November, the Marines of H&S Battalion, HQMC, Henderson Hall, will conduct a birthday ball celebrating the 241st birthday of the Marine Corps. The observance of the Marine Corps birthday is a time-honored tradition held with the highest degree of propriety. The evening starts with a cocktail reception, followed by the ceremony, dinner, and dancing until midnight. As a sponsor of the Birthday Ball, your brand will be connected to one of the most recognizable brands in the world at an event held in every corner of the world Marines are stationed. Sponsorship helps to offset the cost for all Marines, especially to junior Marines and their families. The Marine Corps Birthday celebration is one of its most revered traditions and includes the reading of General Lejeune s message and the Commandant s message to those assembled.
