8 SKULL SESSION 6: SATURDAY, NOVEMBER :45AM FULL BAND SKULL SESSION 6 PERFORMANCE 6: SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14 POST-GAME MOVING SCHEDULE: all equipment needed for week 12 performance to be moved, following the game, to the school of music (all NAUowned wind instruments from connex storage units, all guard equipment, all drums, stands, and carriers, no drum major podium necessary). Each member is responsible for taking care of their own equipment moving will not be an option on Sunday. All equipment will be stored in room 171 and room 173 of the school of music (Ardrey dressing rooms), from 11/14-11/18. WEEK 12 REHEARSAL 32: MONDAY, NOVEMBER :50PM DRUM LINE RECORDING SESSION 3-4:00PM COLOR GUARD REHEARSAL 4-5:00PM FULL BAND RECORDING SESSION ARDREY AUDITORIUM STAGE PONDEROSA, STUDIO A ARDREY AUDITORIUM STAGE 5-6:00PM FULL BAND (COLOR GUARD REPORTS AT 5PM) ARDREY AUDITORIUM STAGE Dress rehearsal for 11/18 concert PERFORMANCE 7: WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 18 6:45-7:15PM UNIFORM DROP-OFF IN SCHOOL OF MUSIC (GENDER ROOMS TBA) Bring your uniform in your garment bag; do not show up in your uniform. You will be free to leave the concert prior to the last Symphonic Band piece, in order to begin changing. Students should exercise discretion when changing, and be respectful of all others space and comfort. There are male and female restrooms in the school of music with individual stalls feel free to utilize these bathrooms for greater privacy and comfort. 7:30PM SYMPHONIC BAND CONCERT BEGINS (ALL MB MEMBERS REQUIRED TO ATTEND) FOLLOWING INTERMISSION STUDENTS REPORT TO ARDREY SIDE HALLWAYS FOR CONCERT ENTRANCE! SET LIST WILL BE PROVIDED TO STUDENTS CLOSER TO THE TIME OF THE CONCERT. POST-CONCERT STORAGE SCHEDULE Following the concert, students will store all NAU equipment in rooms 146D, and 146B. All students are responsible for their own equipment no one else will move your equipment for you. Color guard equipment will be stored in room 146C.
