Wright Jr W/M/32 was arrested for a Dayton warrant for DUS/speed An officer made a traffic stop on Ansel at Wilmington PK. Brian T Smead W/M/35 was arrested for a warrant through Xenia PD for FTA/DUS An officer was dispatched to 4905 Springboro PK to meet a Moraine PD on a warrant transfer. Airyelle K Guy W/F/21 was arrested for a Kettering FTC/DUS warrant Officers were dispatched to 1709 Horlacher for a family problem. Roy L Combs W/M/60 was arrested for Domestic Violence by Threats and transported to the MCSO jail Officers were dispatched to Wilmington Pk for a suspicious vehicle in the lot at Meijer. Christopher S. Riley W/M/20 was arrested for Felony Drug Possession, open container and underage consumption An officer made a traffic stop on Wilmington PK at Tabor. Eric W. Nye W/M/40 failed SFSTs and was arrested for OVI (.201), DUS, speeding and failure to maintain lanes
2 Devon C. Draper (W/M/23) summons for possession of marijuana Tuesday, April 10, Officers responded to 3036 Hobart on a trespassing complaint. Sheena R Crawford, W/F/39, was found to have an active warrant through MCSO. She was arrested on the FTA Warrant, with original charge of OVI, and transported to KPD Jail An officer responded to Goodyear Tire, 3030 Woodman Dr, on a disturbance call. Emma E Currier, W/F/23, was found to have an active probation violation warrant, with original charge of misuse of a credit card. She was arrested and transported to KPD Jail An officer stopped a vehicle in the Meijer parking 4075 Wilmington PK. Timothy B Combs W/M/35 was arrested for a warrant from Huber Heights PD for Theft and a Kettering charge for Failure to Comply. Jeffrey L Holzinger W/M/22 was charged with Possession of drugs and drug abuse instruments, CCW An officer was dispatched to the KPD lobby for a subject with warrants from Centerville PD and Miami County SO. Brytenie M. Noble (W/F/27) was arrested and walked into the KPD jail An officer stopped a vehicle near Dorothy and Dixie. Kennith R. Swartz (W/M/48) was arrested for a Hamilton county warrant for possession of heroin, and Obstructing Official Business. His brother Randy Swartz (W/M/45) was arrested for Possession of Drugs (heroin) and Drug Abuse Instruments, and Obstructing Official Business. Both were transported to KPD jail Brad A. Stewart (W/M/28) summons for Open Container and Possession of Marijuana
3 Wednesday, April 11, Officers were dispatched to Dots Market, Patterson Rd., on a Shoplifting complaint. Robert Scott Painter, (W/M/53). Painter had a stolen bottle of vodka on him and he was intoxicated. Dots did not wish to file theft charges against him. Painter was arrested for DCPI, and transported to the Kettering PD Jail Officers were dispatched to 1297 E David Rd for a neighbor dispute. Preston C Arnett was arrested on a Kettering warrant for Burglary Officers were dispatched to the Budget Inn 2700 S Dixie Dr room 281 for a family problem. Trisha J Smith W/F/33 was arrested for Domestic Violence An officer stopped a vehicle on E Indian Ripple Rd. Brandon L.Y. Riddle W/M/29 was arrested on a Moraine warrant and field transferred to a Moraine PD officer An officer stopped a vehicle for speeding. Paul J. Sausedo U/M/28 was arrested for No O.L. Gabriel A. Weiskittle U/M/21 was arrested for Dayton PD warrants for RSP and Theft Tyler C. Chenault (W/M/27) summons for disorderly conduct Jessica D. Dunson (B/F/26) summons for disorderly conduct Unique Goudeau (B/M/42) summons for possession of marijuana Thursday, April 12, An officer responded to Bob Evans in Riverside for a warrant field transfer. Ashley N. Henson (B/F/23) was arrested the KMC warrant for FTC on original charge of Disorderly Conduct
4 0002 Officers responded to 538 Lamont #2 for a family problem. Investigation revealed the male resident had assaulted a male he found with his girlfriend in the residence. Noah D. Bigham (W/M/30) was arrested for Assault. Bigham asked officers to retrieve personal property from a compartment in his vehicle, which was located along with a bag of marijuana and paraphernalia, so he was also issued summons for those items. Bigham was transported to KPD jail An officer stopped a vehicle in the parking lot of 2062 Moler for expired registration. A bag of suspected methamphetamine was seen on the ground directly beneath the driver s door. Aaron M. Goings (W/M/26) was placed under arrest for Possession of Drugs. A search of the vehicle also revealed syringes, drug residue and other paraphernalia. A passenger had gotten out of the vehicle and fled on foot. The passenger was later identified, and was found to have a felony drug warrant. Goings was transported to KPD jail, where he was also served with traffic citations Officers responded to the area of Bigger and David for a possible OVI driver. Gregory L. Verstrat (W/M/67) was arrested for OVI and transported to the jail for processing, where he provided a breath sample of 0.199bac An officer conducted a traffic stop on Stroop at Southern and discovered the driver, Karen M. Furnish (W/F/60) had an active warrant. Springdale PD confirmed the warrant on Furnish for a tax violation. Furnish was arrested and transported to the jail for processing Friday, April 13, Officers responded to 2696 Corlington on a non-breather. A family member had found the female resident deceased. Sharon L. Marshall (W/F/71) was pronounced dead at the scene, likely of medical issues. There was no sign of foul play, and the Coroner released the body to the family
5 2255 Officers responded Code 3 to 3024 Beaver Ave on a family problem. Patrick J. Million (W/M/27) was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and transported to KPD jail Officers stopped a vehicle on Research near Rainbow Dr. The four occupants of the vehicle were arrested for Possession of Drugs (methamphetamine) and Paraphernalia, and Trafficking: Richard R. Johnson III (W/M/28), Ren J. Bowling (W/M/34), Jason D. Gusman (W/M/46) and Misty S. Gross (W/F/46). All were transported to KPD jail and booked Saturday, April 14, Officers were dispatched to U-Haul, 2478 Dryden Rd., to assist Moraine PD with an intoxicated man. Clifford D. Wilson, (B/M/42) was arrested for DCPI, and transported to the Kettering PD Jail An officer observed a vehicle make numerous moving violations and stopped it in the 3900 block of Wilmington Pike. The driver, Cynthia L. Snow, W/F/49, was found to be intoxicated and after failing SFST s was subsequently arrested for OVI Crews were dispatched to Kroger, 2115 E. Dorothy Lane, on the report of a family trouble. Antwon A. Holloway, B/M/31, was arrested for domestic violence Crews responded to KPD as a suspect in a domestic violence and endangering children incident from 4/13/18 came to the lobby to be interviewed. Thomas E. Glassburn, W/M/33, was arrested for domestic violence Crews were dispatched to 3220 Aerial on the report of a family trouble. Kenneth W. Johnson, W/M/58, was arrested for domestic violence An officer conducted a traffic stop at Berwin and Marshall. Ty A. Hess Jr, W/M/33, was arrested on a FTA warrant and transported to Kettering Jail

Tedrow II (W/M/26) was arrested for Domestic Violence and Assault Sunday, April 15, Officers were dispatched to 4533 Acreview on a disturbance. Brandon E. Bock, (W/M/19), was arrested for OVI, DUS and FTC, and transported to the Kettering Jail An officer conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. The driver, James O. Mabry II, B/M/39, was found to have marijuana and issued a summons An officer conducted a traffic stop on Far Hills Ave near David Rd. Gequan M. Cochran (B/M/20) was issued a summons for possession of drugs. Joseph P. Finch (W/M/22) was arrested for a West Carrollton warrant for Child Endangering and released to WCPD at the scene
