14 HOW TO RECRUIT FOR A CREW Recruitment The bottom line is that the main reason teens do not join Venturing is because no one asked them to! Step One Step Two Step Three: Some questions you want to ask How large of a crew do you want? What do we want our Crew to look like? What types of Crews are available? Outdoor / High Adventure; Career/Avocational; Sports Group (spectator or participatory); Maritime/Nautical - Sea Scouts; Religious Youth Group or Faith Based; Community Service Group; Special Interest; and many more.
