Officer followed the vehicle up to Rt. 137 and observed no violations. No complaints to be signed and Officer cleared /06/2014 8:09 Burglar Alarm Officers responded to a business in the 900 block of Sherwood Drive for an activated burglar alarm. Keyholder was contacted by the alarm company and responded and did not request any further police assistance. Officers observed no other irregularities /06/ : Investigation Officer responded to the block of Sherwood Terrace for a 911 call. Dispatch stated there was only static on the line, and when a call back was attempted only static could be heard on the line. Officer checked the exterior and observed no irregularities. A keyholder was contacted and stated he would respond and no police service was needed /06/ :24 Citizen Assist Officer responded to a residence in the 700 block of Rockland Avenue at the request of the homeowner, due to a call they received from their alarm company advising them one of the exterior doors may be unlocked.per the homeowner's (not on scene) request, officer checked the exterior and found it secured. The homeowner was advised of the officer's findings /06/ :33 Burglar Alarm Officers responded to a business in the 100 block of E. Scranton Avenue for an activated burglar alarm. Officers verified that the business was secure and a key holder was contacted and stated they would not be responding. Officers observed no other irregularities and cleared /06/ :57 Accidt ProprtyDamage Officer responded to Rt. 176 east of Rt. 43 for a two vehicle property damage accident. Illinois Traffic Crash Report was completed /06/ :25 Burglar Alarm Officers responded to a residence in the 300 block of Neuman Court for an activated burglar alarm. Upon arrival officer met with the homeowner's daughter who activated the alarm in error. The daughter is a keyholder for the residence and was able to reset the alarm. Officer observed no irregularities and cleared /06/ :02 Parking Enforcement Officer responded to the 700 block of East Scranton Avenue for a complaint by a homeowner of a parked vehicle blocking his driveway. Upon arrival officer observed a vehicle partially blocking the private driveway. Officer issued citation for improper parking and cleared /06/ :08 Suspicious Person Officers responded to the Lillian Dells Ravine for a report of three subjects who walked down to the beach. Upon arrival officers met with the subjects as they were walking up

2 to the entrance. Officers advised the subjects the beach closes at sunset. The subjects were issued verbal warning for beach curfew. Officers observed no irregularities and the subjects were sent on their way. Officers cleared /06/ :16 Animal Complaint Othe Officer responded to Rt. 43 south of Rt. 176 for a report of a dead animal in the roadway. Officer removed the animal from the roadway and cleared /07/2014 0:02 TrafficEnforcementOff Officer conducted a traffic stop on W. Scranton at Sheridan Road for improper lane usage. Driver was arrested for driving under the influence /07/2014 5:11 Burglar Alarm Officer responded to a residence in the 400 block of Sylvan Road for an activate burglar alarm. Officers found all exterior doors secured. Dispatch advised a key holder would not be responding /07/2014 7: Investigation Officer responded to the block of Sherwood Terr, for a 911 hang up call, with static on the line upon calll back. Officer met with service manager and verified no emergency existed. Employees were unable to locate the particular line the call came in on. No irregularities observed and Officer cleared /07/ :56 Fire Alarm Officer responded to a residence in the block of Oak Terrace with the Lake Bluff Fire Department and verified that an activated fire alarm was accidental by the home owner who was testing the alarm after changing the batteries /07/ :17 Other Public Complain Officer responded to the lobby of the Public Safety Building, 45 East Center Avenue for a walk-in report of harassment. Formal report on file /07/ :15 Burglar Alarm Officer responded to a residence in the 700 block of Ravine Avenue for an activated burglar alarm. Officers checked the interior and met with negative results. A keyholder was notified and was responding. Officers cleared /07/ :39 Citizen Assist Officer responded to a business in the 400 block of Skokie Hwy for a VIN verification. Officer completed the provided paperwork and cleared /07/ :16 Suspicious Person Officers responded to the Lake Bluff Park District, for a report of a male subject taking pictures. Officers met with the pool manager who stated a parent approached her and advised a subject was taking pictures of the pool area. The parent was concerned the subject might be photographing children in the pool. Officers met with the subject and advised him of the concern. The subject stated he is a painter who will photograph public areas and then paint the scene at a later time. The subject gave consent for the officers to review the images on his digital camera. Officers reviewed the images and did not observe any inappropriate or illegal images. Officers advised the pool manager of their findings and requested they contact this department if any further assistance is required /07/ :39 Found Article Officer responded to West Center Avenue and met with a homeowner who found a wallet on the bike path at West Center Avenue and Mawman Avenue. The property owner was contacted and responded to the PSB. The property was returned to the owner and officer cleared /08/2014 0: Investigation Officer responded to Sherwood Drive for a 911 Investigation with an open line on callback. Officers checked the exterior of the building and observed an unsecured overhead door which latched shut after being moved. Dispatch advised a keyholder would not be responding. Officers observed no other irregularities and cleared /08/2014 6:22 Assist Fire Departmen

3 Officer responded to business in the 700 block of Skokie Highway for an activated trouble alarm. Officer checked the exterior of the premise and observed no irregularities. Dispatch advised a keyholder would be responding but did not need an officer to stand by. After clearing,officer observed a downed power line possibly causing the activation. ComEd was on scene /08/ :21 Assist Fire Departmen Officer responded to a residence in the 200 block of East Sheridan Road for an activated CO alarm accompanied by an possible odor. Lake Bluff and Knollwood Fire Departments responded. Officer stood by until no further assistance was needed and all units cleared /08/ :20 Suspicious Person Officers were dispatched for a report of a suspicious white van occupied by a male subject parked near the Lake Bluff sign on Green Bay Rd south limits. Prior to Officers arrival, the complainant called back and reported the vehicle had left the area /08/ :28 Suspicious Person Officer was flagged down by a refused complainant who stated he observed a male subject walking through Artesian Park. He stated the subject was possibly intoxicated and made some lewd comments to a group of unknown women at the park. The complainant stated there are no complaints to be sign but he is concerned for the subject's well-being. Officers located the subject walking S/B along the east side of Sheridan Road. The subject stated he is looking for a gas station. The subject was provided a courtesy ride to the Mobil Station. No further police services were required and officer cleared /08/ :52 Found Article Employee ID Badge for a local company was brought into the PSB. Security at the company was notified and they will make contact with the employee to pick up her ID /08/ :59 Assist Ambulance Officer responded to a residence in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The Lake Bluff Fire Department responded and Libertyville ambulance A463 responded to the scene. The female was transported to Lake Forest Hospital. Officer verified with Fire personnel no further Police assistance was needed and Officer cleared /08/ :53 Well Being Check Officers responded to Artesian Park for a report by the resident at East Prospect Avenue who stated a subject asked to use her washroom and appeared confused. The complainant let the subject use her washroom and he left without incident. Officers located the subject at the tennis courts and determined the subject he does not need assistance and he lives in the area. No assistance was required and officers cleared /08/ :49 Fireworks Officer responded to the area of Mawman Park for a fireworks complaint. Officer checked the area and met with negative results. No complainant wanted to be seen and officer cleared /09/2014 0:45 Fireworks Officer responded to the 100 block of West Center Avenue for a fireworks complaint. Officer checked the area and met with negative results. The complainant did not want to be seen and officer cleared /09/2014 8:57 Suspicious Person Officers responded to the area of West Prospect and Sunset Terrace for a report of a tan van with possible solicitors in the area. Officer located the subjects on West Center Avenue at Green Bay Road and determined that they were distributing phone books. The complainant was notified of officer's findings. No further assistance was needed and officers cleared.

4 /09/ :34 Deer Complaint Officers responded to the 500 block of East prospect Avenue for a report of a sick or injured deer. Upon arrival officer checked the area but could not locate the deer. Officers spoke with a resident who stated the deer was last seen walking south toward Ravine Avenue. The resident also stated the deer did not look sick or injured. Officers checked Ravine Avenue, but did not see the deer /09/ :11 Traffic Complaint Officers responded to the area of Sanctuary Lane at Butterfly Court for a report of a verbal dispute between an on duty bus driver and a passerby /09/ :45 Assist Ambulance Officers responded to a residence in the block of Warrington Court. Lake Bluff and Lake Forest Fire Departments responded. The patient was transported to Lake Forest Hospital by ambulance. Officer confirmed with the ambulance crew that no further assistance was required and officers cleared /09/ : Investigation Officer responded to a residence in the 1900 block of Shoreacres Road for a 911 investigation. Upon arrival officer met with the homeowner who stated he was trying to dial 411 and accidentally dialed /09/ :54 Citizen Assist Officer responded to a business in the 400 block of Skokie Highway for a VIN inspection. Service was provided and Officer cleared /09/ :21 Other Public Complain Officers recovered a stolen vehicle along Rt. 41. A formal report is on file /09/ :47 Stray Dog/ Cat Officer responded to Sunset Place for a stray dog. Officer met with the homeowner who stated the little white dog was running around in her front yard and she was not sure who it belonged to. The homeowner stated she would hold onto the dog because she believes the dog belongs to the neighbors behind her. Officer advised the homeowner if the owners cannot be contacted to drop the dog off at the Lake Bluff Public Safety Building. The dog was added to the Found Animal log /09/ :23 Assist Other Agency Officer responded to n/b Rt 41 north of Rt 176 for a 2 vehicle property damage accident. Upon arrival, Officer determined the accident occurred in Lake County's jurisdiction. The scene was turned over to Lake County Sheriff /09/ :26 Lock Out Officer responded to the 200 block of W.Center Ave for an auto lock out. The vehicle owner signed the waiver release form and Officer was unable to enter the vehicle. Other arrangements will be made /09/ :29 Theft Officer responded to the Lake Bluff Public Safety Building for a bicycle theft report. Formal report on file /10/ :39 Suspicious Circumstan Officer responded to the Lake Bluff PSB for a telephone scam report. Formal report on file /10/ :14 Assist Ambulance Officer responded to the 100 block of N Skokie Highway. The Lake Bluff and Lake Forest Fire Departments responded with Ambulance A 421. The subject was transported to Lake Forest Hospital via ambulance A 421. Officer verified with Fire personnel no further Police assistance was required and Officer cleared /10/ :18 Traffic Complaint

5 Officers responded to the 100 block of Moffett Rd for a report of a bicyclist and driver verbally arguing at that location /10/ :00 Fireworks Officer responded to the area of West Center Avenue and Pine Avenue for a report of fireworks. Officer observed no violations and did not hear any fireworks in the area. Officer observed no irregularities and cleared /10/ : Investigation Officer responded to the area of the Lake Bluff Golf Course for a 911 call with an open line transferred by Lake County Sheriffs Office. Dispatch was able to make contact with the caller who lives on Green Bay Road. Officer made contact with the subject who stated he had accidentally dialed /10/ :29 Juvenile Call Officer responded to Lillian Dells or a complaint of subjects at the beach. Officer located 2 subjects at the beach in possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of alcohol by a minor /11/2014 9:34 Assist Fire Departmen Officer observed an electrical burning odor near the front of the PSB. Lake Bluff and Knollwood Fire Departments responded. Officers assisted with checking the area and the source could not be located, possibly from ComEd work in the area /11/ :55 Burglar Alarm Officers responded to a residence in the 600 block of Arbor Drive for an activated burglar alarm and upon an exterior check of the residence an unsecured door was located on the west side. Officers checked the interior and located no other irregularities. Dispatch was able to contact the home owner who requested officers secure the door and would respond. Officers were able to secure the door and no other police service was requested /11/ :58 Assist Fire Departmen Officer responded to a residence in the 600 block of Moffett Road for an activated fire alarm. Officer arrived on scene with the Lake Bluff Fire Department and the homeowner advised the alarm activated from cooking smoke. Officer verified with fire personnel that no other assistance was needed and cleared /11/ :07 Traffic Complaint Report of a vehcle N/B Rt. 41 driving wrecklessly. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle /11/ :17 Accidt ProprtyDamage Officer responded to the 400 block of Skokie Highway for a property damage accident. Officer completed an Illinois Traffic Crash Report /11/ :19 Animal Complaint Othe Officer responded to the block of East Washington for a report of a dead squirrel in the yard. Officer removed the animal and disposed of it /12/2014 0:21 Assist Other Agency Officer responded to assist Lake Forest Police with a report of a man with a gun. Officer arrived on scene with Lake Forest units and held an exterior perimeter. Officer held perimeter until Lake Forest Police were able to clear the interior and verify there were no problems. Officer cleared when no further assistance was needed /12/2014 0:59 Traffic Complaint Officer responded to N/B Rt 41 for a report of a green Toyota driving without lights on. Officer stood by on Rt. 41 at Rt. 176 and did not observe the vehicle. Officer cleared /12/2014 2:17 TrafficEnforcementOff

6 Officer conducted a traffic stop on Route 41 at the trailer park for speeding. The driver was arrested for driving while license suspended. # /12/2014 8:41 Assist Ambulance Officers responded to a residence in the 300 block of Wimbledon Court. Lake Bluff, Lake Forest and Knollwood Fire Departments. Lake Forest ambulance 421 transported the patient to the hospital /12/ :58 Assist Other Agency Officers responded to a business on North Shore Drive to invesitigate a report of a stolen Pit Bull being at the business. Officers met with the complainant who stated she worked with a pet rescue and a report was made with the Pleasant Prarie Police department regarding the theft of the dog by an ex-employee. The dog was located and returned to the complainant /12/ :53 Weather Advisory Village Department Heads notified of Tornado Watch effective till 0100 am July 13th.
