This will help to streamline the process and make the collection of date more uniform across the state. 3. FirstNet FirstNet was introduced to the TTF group by Matt Marshall. FirstNet would allow hazmat teams to be on a prioritized list for cell phone service during major events or incidents. Members of the LEPC stated there are other programs that currently exist that do similar things, but through different cell providers. As of now FirstNet is offered through AT&T and a user must have AT&T as their provider to use the program. The TTF will present this to SERC at the next meetings and ask for their support on adopting the software. ii. LEPC Chairs and Staff Meeting 1. An overview of the TTF meeting was given by Matt Marshall. 2. Discussions took place about the changes in structure at DEM and the issues LEPCs have seen with these changes. Currently DEM is back to having one person as the contract manager which should help to alleviate some of the issues seen among LEPCs. 3.
