TRAINING CENTER At our training centre we carry out Rigorous and Comprehensive Training. Orientation and on-job training is provided to meet peculiar requirements of individual units. Periodical refresher training is a regular ongoing process. Recently our training centre has been approved by Security sector Skill Development Council under NSDC, govt. of India to provide skill training as security guards and their placement in NCR and Rajasthan. MONITORING Success of any system lies in its efficient implementation. Only a very effective system of monitoring can help achieve this. 3 TRAINING We at CSIS lay great stress on training. After selection, personnel are rigorously and comprehensively trained. Orientation and on-job training is provided to meet peculiar requirements of individual units. Periodical refresher training is a regular ongoing process as under: a) Training of Civilians for performance of Security duties outlined above, depending upon the threat perceptions of various organizations. b) Reorientation of Ex-Army, Ex-Police and Ex- Paramilitary personnel for their utilization in the security duties in various organizations. c) Refresher courses for on duty Security personnel to motivate them to perform better in integrated security system and Bomb disposals, Integrated security system includes interior economy, fire fighting, First aid, Inventory control and loss reducing factors in the establishment. d) We also provide Dog Training for dog used for various purposes sniffer Dogs, Security Dogs, Patrolling Dogs and other family Pets. All statutory liabilities such as EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus and Weekly off/leave Relief are included in our charges. Whenever there will be an increase in the minimum wages by Delhi/State Govt., our charges will be increased automatically. Service charges and Uniform cost will be charged reasonably. 5 C-2 Forces Training and Skill Development Academy C-2 Forces Training and Skill Development Academy (C-2FTSDA) is Located at Dhauli Pahari Village 7kms from Tapukara Town on Bhiwadi Alwar state highway. The Training Centre has been Established under the Psara Act of Rajasthan, on 06/12/2012. The centre is spread over an area of approximate area of 3.5 acre. The centre provides Training to the security guards recruited from various parts of the country. The Centre Provides Residential facilities for up to 150 to 200 security staff trainees. The trainees have their classes, obstacle courses, fire arms training in side the centre and field training, physical and outdoor activities. All meals and recreation activities our well taken care of the trainees. The training centre when visited by Security sector Skill Development team was found to be unique and one of the Best for the purpose. From March 2014 the C-2FTSDA has been affiliated to Sector Skill Development Council as Training provider vide their certificate No- Trainer /SSSDC/0107/2014/10015 Dated 01 March The Security Sector Skill development Council has been constituted under the Aegis of National Skill Development Corporation and set up by Ministry of Finance Government of India.
