2 Neem kennis Voordat 'n finale keuse van modules (vakke) gemaak word, moet elke student die betrokke roosters noukeurig raadpleeg. Waar dit dan blyk dat enige twee voorgenome modules binne dieselfde tydgleuf op 'n spesifieke rooster (klas-, toets-, eksamen- en aanvullende eksamenrooster) val, mag die Instituut die student verbied om te registreer vir een van hierdie modules (vakke). Studente is self verantwoordelik om hulle in geskikte praktiese groepe te verdeel en sal nie toegelaat word om van groep te wissel nie. Die Instituut behou die reg om die jaarbeplanner ter enige tyd te verander. Die Instituut aanvaar geen aanspreeklikheid vir enige onakkuraathede wat in die jaarbeplanner mag voor kom. Redelike sorg is geneem om te verseker dat alle relevante inligting ter hand ten tye van druk akkuraat en volledig in die jaarbeplanner weergee word. Ingeval van onsekerheid of n dispuut rakende die inligting in die jaarbeplanner sal die finale interpretasie oorgelaat word aan die Direkteur van die Instituut. Please note Before making a final choice of modules (subjects), every student should closely consult the relevant timetables. Should it then become apparent that two modules fall in the same time slot on a particular timetable (class-, test-, examination- and supplementary examination timetable), the Institute may prohibit the registration for one of these modules (subjects). It is the students own responsibility to allocate themselves into a suitable practical group and will not be allowed to change groups. The Institute reserves the right to amend the year planner at any time. The Institute accept no liability for any inaccuracies there may be in the year planner. Every reasonable care has been taken, however, to ensure that the relevant information to hand as at the time of going to press is given fully and accurately in the year planner. In the event of uncertainty or a dispute regarding information in the year planner the final interpretation will be up to the Director of the Institute. Signed L. 4 VERKORTE EKSAMENREËLS / CONCISE EXAMINATION RULES 1. Geen aantekeninge, sakke, boeke, blanko papiere of elektroniese apparaat (behalwe voorgeskrewe sakrekenaars waar van toepassing) mag in die eksamenlokaal ingebring word nie. 2. Geen kommunikasie tussen studente word toegelaat nadat antwoordboeke en/of vraestelle uitgedeel is nie. 3. Studente mag slegs op papier skryf wat vir toets/eksamendoeleindes verskaf is. 4. Geen uitruil van sakrekenaars word in die eksamenlokaal toegelaat nie. 5. Alle vraestelle en eksamenboeke (gebruik en ongebruik) moet ingehandig word voordat studente die eksamenlokaal verlaat. 6. Vraestelle mag slegs met n blou of swart inkpen beantwoord word. CONCISE EXAMINATION RULES 1. No notes, bags, books, blank paper or electronic devices (except prescribed calculators where applicable) will be allowed in the examination hall. 2. No communication between students is allowed after answer-books and/or question papers are handed out. 3. Students may only write on paper provided for tests/examination purposes. 4. No exchange of culculators is allowed in the examination hall. 5. All question papers and answer-books (used and unused) must be handed in before a student leaves the examination hall. 6. Examination papers may only be answered in blue or black ink pen. 4
