The Citizens On Patrol (COP) Unit was established in 2012 The COP Volunteers patrol in pairs, driving a designated COP Unit. Members patrol throughout the city during the daylight hours. In addition to patrolling, COP Volunteers may issue parking citations, report suspicious activity and assist with Crime Prevention, parades, and other Community Service Events.
