3 BAIE BELANGRIK: BAIE BELANGRIK: TOELATING TOT AANVULLENDE EKSAMEN (FEBRUARIE 2019). SLEGS AANLYN AANSOEKE SAL AANVAAR WORD - Sluitingsdatum vir aansoeke:, 18/01/2019 Slegs indien n geldige rede met die nodige bewyse voor die einde van die NSS-eksamen of op die dag van die NSS-sessie verskaf word. Slegs indien die kandidaat met die skryf van die NSS-eksamen vir die eerste keer vir n Nasionale Seniorsertifikaat sou kan kwalifiseer (7 vakke skryf of die pakket van 7 vakke voltooi). Geen herhalers. Slegs indien die kandidaat in die NSS-eksamen (November-sitting) meer as 25% in die betrokke vak behaal het sal toelating tot die Aanvullingseksamen toegestaan word (*slegs 2 vakke) KANDIDATE MOET DIE VOLGENDE INSTRUKSIES VOLG: Jy moet aanmeld by die eksamenskryfsentrum waar jy eksamen gaan skryf ten minste 'n week voor die aanvang van die eksamen om jou NSS-persoonlike rooster af te teken by die Hooftoesighouer. Jy moet jou persoonlike rooster en bewys van identiteit toon elke keer as jy opdaag vir n eksamensessie. Jy moet ten minste dertig minute voor die aanvang van 'n sessie sit soos aangedui op die rooster. Jy sal slegs in uitsonderlike omstandighede toegelaat word om die eksamenlokaal binne te gaan na die aanvang van 'n eksamensessie, maar nie na n uur van die aanvang van die sessie nie. Indien u laat is word geen addisionele tyd vergun nie. Geen verduideliking van eksamenvrae mag gevra word of aan ander gegee word. Onder geen omstandighede sal jy toegelaat word om óf 'n gebruikte of ongebruikte antwoordskrif te verwyder uit die eksamenlokaal. Sodra jy klaar is met n vraestel, moet jy die antwoordskrif/te op jou lessenaar neersit vir die toesighouer om op te neem. As daar meer as 15 minute voor die einde van die sessie oor is, kan jy jou hand opsteek om die aandag van die toesighouer te trek. Sodra jou antwoordskif/te ingeneem is, moet jy die lokaal onmiddellik verlaat, behalwe as dit ingeneem word in die laaste 15 minute van die sessie. Onder geen omstandighede sal jy toegelaat word om 'n antwoordskrif of n vel papier saam met jou te neem wanneer jy die lokaal verlaat en dan terugkeer om dit in te handig by die Hooftoesighouer. Die skrif of vel papier sal gemerk word "ongeldig" en sal nie gemerk word nie. Jy word nie toegelaat om ander kandidate te help of probeer behulpsaam te wees op enige manier nie. Nóg mag jy nie 'n ander kandidaat vir hulp vra of sulke hulp aanvaar as dit aangebied word. Alle vrae moet gerig word aan die toesighouer. Jy mag nie 'n steurnis veroorsaak of optree in 'n onbehoorlike of onbetaamlike wyse. Jy mag nie instruksies van die toesighouer ignoreer nie. Jy mag nie 'n boek, memorandum, notas, kaarte, foto's of ander dokumentasie of materiaal in die eksamenlokaal in neem nie, behalwe jou persoonlike rooster en identiteitsdokument. Jy mag nie 'n selfoon of ander elektroniese toestel in die eksamenlokaal in te neem nie, behalwe 'n nie-programmeerbare sakrekenaar, indien vereis deur die spesifieke vraestel. Enige sodanige items moet afgeskakel word en ingehandig word voor die aanvang van die sessie. As jy nie hierdie instruksies gehoorsaam nie, stel jy jouself bloot aan skorsing van die huidige en toekomstige eksamens en SACAI kan in so 'n geval weier om jou krediet te gee om ander eksamenvraestelle te skryf. Enige errata op 'n spesifieke eksamenvraestel/le sal aan jou voorgelees word deur die Hooftoesighouer. Jy sal toegelaat word om 10 minute voor die aanvang van die skryf van die vraestel, dit self deur te gaan, maar jy word nie toegelaat om te begin skryf of notas te maak tydens hierdie 10 minute nie. Geen kougom, lekkers, water of koeldrank word toegelaat in die eksamenlokaal behalwe as toestemming gegee word deur die toesighouer as gevolg van spesifieke redes. (Byvoorbeeld: in die geval van 'n diabeet). BAIE BELANGRIK: SENTRUM WAAR TWEE RTT-SESSIES AANGEBIED WORD: RTT & IT-kandidate wat vir die eerste sessie sit moet om 07:00 by die eksamensentrum aanmeld om stiptelik om 08:00 te begin. Kandidate wat vir die tweede sessie sit moet nie later as 10:30 by die eksamensentrum aanmeld. SENTRUM WAAR SLEGS EEN RTT-SESSIE AANGEBIED WORD: RTT & IT-kandidate moet om 08:00 aanmeld by die eksamensentrum om stiptelik om 09:00 te begin.

The practical component for the following NSC subjects must be completed before commencement of the NSC examination. The practical must be conducted at SACAI registered NSC examination centres under examination invigilation conditions. 6 VERY IMPORTANT: ADMISSION TO SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATION (FEBRUARY 2019). ONLY ONLINE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED Closing date for applications:, 18/01/2019 Only if a valid reason with the necessary evidence submitted before the end of the NSC examination or on the day of the NSC session. Only if the candidate, by writing the NSC examination for the first time, could qualify for a National Senior Certificate (7 subjects written or complete the package of 7 subjects). No repeaters. Only if the candidate achieved more than 25% in the relevant subject during the NSC examination (November seating) will admission be granted for the Supplementary examination (*2 subjects only). CANDIDATES MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS: You must report at the examination centre at which you will be writing the examinations at least a week before the start of the examinations to sign off your NSC personal timetable with the Chief Invigilator. You must produce your personal timetable and proof of identity every time you report for an examination session. You must be seated at least thirty minutes before the starting time of a session as indicated on the timetable. You will only in exceptional circumstances be admitted to the examination room after the commencement of an examination session, but never after an hour has passed. If you are late no additional time will be given. No explanation of examination questions may be asked for or given to others. Under no circumstances will you be allowed to remove either an used or unused answer script from the examination room. Once you have completed a paper you must leave the answer script(s) on your desk for the invigilator to collect. If it is more than 15 minutes before the end of the session you may raise your hand to draw the attention of the invigilator. Once your script(s) has been collected you must leave the room immediately except if it is collected within the last 15 minutes of the session. Under no circumstances will you be allowed to take an answer script or a sheet of paper with you when leaving the room and to then return to hand it in. The script or sheet of paper will be marked invalid and will not be marked. You are not allowed to assist or try to assist another candidate in any way. Neither are you allowed to ask another candidate for assistance or accept such assistance if offered to you. All questions must be directed to the invigilator. You may not cause a disturbance or behave in an improper or unseemly manner. You may not disregard the instructions of the invigilator. You may not take a book, memorandum, notes, maps, photos or other documentation or material into the examination room except your personal timetable and identification document. You are not allowed to take a cell phone or other electronic device into the examination room, except a non-programmable calculator if required by the specific paper. Any such items must be switched off and handed in before the start of the session. If you do not obey these instructions, you render yourself liable to suspension from the current and future examinations and SACAI may in such an event refuses to give you credit for other examination papers written. Any errata on a specific examination question paper will be read to you by the invigilator. You will be allowed 10 minutes before the start of writing to read the question paper. You are not allowed to start writing or to make notes during these 10 minutes. No gum, sweets, water or cold drinks are allowed into the examination room except if permission is given by the invigilator because of specific reasons. (For example: in the case of a diabetic). VERY IMPORTANT: CENTRE THAT OFFERS TWO CAT SESSIONS: CAT & IT candidates who sit the first session must report at the exam centre at 07:00 to start promptly at 08:00. Candidates who sit the second sitting must report at the exam centre not later than 10:30. CENTRE WHERE ONLY ONE CAT SESSION OFFERED: CAT & IT candidates must report at the exam centre at 07:30
