14 Zachary Iscol Founder & CEO Hirepurpose A combat-decorated Marine veteran of the Iraq War, entrepreneur Zach Iscol also served as the first officer in charge of Recruiting, Screening, Assessment, and Selection for the U.S. Marine Corps Forces - Special Operations Command. Today, he is the executive director of the Headstrong Project, a non-profit organization that provides free mental healthcare treatment to Iraq and Afghanistan veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury. He is also the co-founder and CEO of Hirepurpose, a technology startup that provides personalized career guidance, job market analysis, industry networking, and job-matching to veterans, military service members, and their spouses.
