9 Threat Systems Operations & Maintenance Integrated Support II (TSOMIS II) Description/Summary of Program Requirements TSMO manages the Army Threat Systems Program, to include total life cycle and operations of threat systems for testing and training in live, virtual, and constructive environments. TSOMIS-II provides the sustainment and logistics support across the Army s threat fleet to ensure validated and accredited threat portrayal remains idle and ready to operate. This contract also provides the threat capability operations support for testing and training events supporting Army and Tri-Service threat portrayal requirements. 11 Modernizing Instrumentation Solutions for Test and Evaluation (MISTE) Description/Summary of Program Requirements MISTE will design, develop and manufacture Army Test and Evaluation instrumentation. MISTE is an enterprise approach to modernizing operational and developmental test instrumentation across the Test and Evaluation (T&E) communities. MISTE provides PM ITTS/ IMO the ability to support agile and flexible development, design, testing, integration, transition, and support/sustainment of major and minor test instrumentation and science & technology programs. 14 Army Ground Aerial Target Control System (AGATCS) Engineering Services Description/Summary of Program Requirements Supports US Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) requirements for a reliable and robust capability for remote control of unmanned target vehicles in support of US Army weapon system test and evaluation. AGATCS is the Army s primary target control system for ground, seaborne, small unmanned aerial system (SUAS), and aerial targets, including full scale, subscale, and rotary targets. The system meets cybersecurity requirements. AGATCS consists of the target ground control station, aerial target instrumentation (ATI), surface (ground/seaborne) target instrumentation (STI), test sets, and a simulator/trainer. 16 Special Operations Forces Aviation Systems Trainers Enhancements II (SOFAST-E II) Description/Summary of Program Requirements To support the 160 th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) located at Ft. Campbell, KY. SOFAST-E II fully supports 160 th SOAR training to include concurrency and functionality enhancements to the suite of 5 Combat Mission Simulators (MH-47G, MH-60M, A/MH-6M) and related peripherals. Users priorities are Commonality across all systems (where feasible), hardware/software Concurrency across all systems (CAAS, Mission Equipment, Block Upgrades) and Interoperability across the federation. Procurement will be structured to provide the flexibility to adjust priorities based upon the availability of funding and real-world training requirements. This will include Delivery Orders which will vary greatly in level of complexity and scope. 17 Special Operations Forces Training, Engineering and Maintenance Support III (SOF TEAMS III) Description/Summary of Program Requirements To support the 160 th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) located at Ft. Campbell, KY. SOFTEAMS III provides maintenance and support for the 160 th SOAR training operations to the 5 Combat Mission Simulators (MH-47G, MH-60M, A/MH-6) and related peripherals. Tasks include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, supply support, transportation, hardware/software engineering support, site operations support, and operational support of training equipment. Operations and maintenance tasks will employ a mix of firm-fixed price, cost, and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract line items for the base year with four option years. Contract will have the scope to support SOAR at locations other than Ft Campbell, KY (if required). 18 Special Operations Forces Requirements, Analysis, Prototyping, Training, Operations and Rehearsal (SOF RAPTOR) IV Description/Summary of Program Requirements The SOF RAPTOR IV contract delivers capability and services to the SOF community. The SOF RAPTOR program supports the objectives of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), its component commands and other National assets with ties to SOF, as required. Provides a broad spectrum of services, systems, and capabilities including training and pre-deployment exercise and equipment support, procuring equipment and systems, courseware and Program of Instruction (POI) development, Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), equipment leasing, fielded system enhancements, prototyping, and development. SOF requirements are typically unique and unpredictable; individual Task Orders (TO) will be issued under this contract to rapidly and efficiently address these requirements. 20 Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) Description/Summary of Program Requirements The PCTE addresses an urgent need to provide a persistent and realistic training environment to DoD Cyber Mission Forces (CMF). PCTE will be a hybrid cloud-based training platform supporting individual sustainment training, team certification, and provide the foundation for a collective training network (i.e. Cyber Flag, Cyber Guard). It will be part of the Cyber Range hybrid cloud-based environment to facilitate the sharing of resources (such as scenarios and content), and provide additional cyber maneuver space (such as emulated Red, Blue, Gray, and Industrial Control System (ICS) environments). 21 National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC) Event Planning, Operations and Support (EPOS) Description/Summary of Program Requirements The NCRC will provide the ability to conduct realistic cybersecurity Test and Evaluation (T&E) of major Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs and the ability to conduct realistic training and certification events for the DoD Cyber Mission Force (CMF) with a primary training focus on supporting large and complex team and collective training To meet growing demand for cybersecurity T&E and CMF training and certification, the TRMC is embarking on a program to increase cyber range capacity by creating an interconnected complex of NCR-like facilities The NCRC will empower programs to conduct research experiments, development and operational tests, and operational training exercises in environments that emulate their specific computing, networking, and information systems infrastructures.
