7 Page 7 of 15 Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your company's recruitment and hiring of disabled veterans? 1) Aon is partnering with Prudential Insurance Company to sponsor a VETalent program in Chicago and other United States cities. The VETalent initiative puts veterans through a 6-12 month classroom and on the job training program and then employs these individuals at the completion of the training period. 2) Aon is a charity partner for the 2012 Marine Corps Marathon. Over 100 Aon sponsored runners will raise funds for the "Warriors to Work" program to assist disabled veterans from the Wounded Warrior project to find meaningful employment. 3) Cornerstone, an Aon business unit, partners with veteran-owned and disabled veteran-owned businesses across the US to obtain new clients, resulting in increased growth opportunities for these veteran-owned firms. 4) Aon has joined rthrop Grumman's "Operation Impact" as a member of their Network of Champions, which includes over 60 other companies who are committed to assisting severely wounded service members and their families in finding career opportunities. 5) We participate in the White House's "Joining Forces" program in support of the private sector hiring and training 100,000 unemployed veterans and their spouses. 6) In the private sector, we fully support JP Morgan's "100,000 Jobs Mission" to hire 100,000 transitioning service members and veterans. 7) Aon is very fortunate to have General Richard B Myers serving as a member of Aon's Board of Directors. After serving over 40 years in the U.S. Air Force, General Myers became the 15th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 2001 through Under General Myers' leadership, our most impactful initiative has been the establishment this past April of the WorldAware Crisis Operations Center in Chicago, staffed entirely by Veterans. The current staff of 17 includes 7 alumni from the Wounded Warrior Project. The General Richard B Myers Crisis Operations Center was named for this American hero in honor of all the outstanding contributions that General Myers has made to our Country. Is your company a member of the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) and/or Army Spouse Employment Partnership (ASEP)?, we participate in MSEP, we participate in ASEP, neither. 8 Page 8 of 15 Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your company's recruitment and hiring of military veterans? 1) Aon is the founder and sponsor of the "Aon Salute to America's Wounded Warriors" events that bring Veterans and their spouses together with local employers in order to provide them with meaningful employment opportunities. These events are held throughout the United States in cities close to large populations of unemployed veterans. 2) We are working with Dan McCaffery, Chairman and CEO of McCaffery Interests, who will provide low cost, fully accessible living accommodations in Downtown Chicago to bring disabled Veterans closer to corporate job opportunities. 3) We were a sponsor and keynote speaker for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce "Hire Our Heroes" event in Chicago and have provided speakers for many corporate events advocating for increased employment opportunities for veterans and their spouses. 4) Aon has an Employee Referral Program that pays Aon veterans $2,000 if they successfully refer other veterans or their spouses for employment at our firm. 5) In addition, supported by a grant from the McCormick Foundation, we will be partnering with 3 national veterans support groups in February to host veterans focus groups. These focus groups of Chicagoland employers and community stakeholders will assist women veterans in overcoming personal and professional challenges in order to find meaning employment. 6) Our goals for sponsoring and leading these initiatives is two-fold, to hire great Veteran talent and to serve as a role model for other corporations and firms to increase their hiring initiatives for Veterans and their spouses. Our dedicated recruiters, Director of Human Resources and business unit leadership teams assist and actively support veterans with their adaptation into the private sector. This is an ongoing initiative that assists and supports our veteran hires by giving them an understanding of our corporate culture and how to successfully navigate through it. In addition, if issues, personal or professional, develop during the transition into the private sector, professional assistance and support is available through Aon's Employee Assistance Program. Does your company have any training programs exclusively or primarily for veterans?

Aon works closely with outplacement firm, Lee Hecht Harrison, to assist Veterans, candidates and current colleagues, to assist them with identifying and applying skills and experience from the military to potential opportunities in the private sector. We regularly provide workshops for Veterans Groups entitled "Effective Resume Writing", "Power Networking" and "Conducting a Successful Job Search". In addition, Leadership and Management training is available to all veterans employed at Aon. We also have a dedicated training program for all veterans in the Aon Crisis Operations Center. This formal segment of training lasts for 3-6 months, focusing on the proficient use of the Global Tracking Systems and effective management of client relationships and requests. After this initial period, there are regular technical and leadership training programs available to ensure that these individuals are prepared to advance their careers within the firm. Does your company do anything else to connect veteran employees with each other? Aon is an active supporter and participant in the American Corporate Partners mentoring program for veterans. Aon mentors often network with each other to address specific and unique needs of their proteges (mentees). In April 2012, Aon will host a networking session for all of American Corporate Partners' Chicagoland proteges to assist these individuals and their colleagues in networking with area employers. In addition, we make every effort to assist all veteran colleagues with each other and with other "centers of influence" within our firm. Our Veterans Resource Group provides mentors for all Veteran colleagues who would like this additional support. In 2011, we were honored and humbled to be named a Gold Award winner in the Military Times EDGE magazine's Best for Vets: Employers. As a result of this recognition, many corporate clients and business partners have contacted us in order to replicate the many successes that we have achieved with our veterans initiatives. We regularly receive requests to assist other companies and organizations with sourcing veteran candidates for open positions. In addition, over 200 employers from across the Country have attended our "Aon Salute to America's Wounded Warriors" events, resulting in firms like United Airlines, BNY Mellon, the American Bar Association, the NYSE and others initiating active recruiting initiatives focused on veterans and their spouses. As mentioned earlier, one of our main goals in all of our veterans employment initiatives is to serve as a role model for other corporations and firms in order to increase their hiring initiatives for Veterans and their spouses as well.
