Thomas W/M/27 was arrested for Domestic Violence and Assault An officer investigated a theft case at Panera, 4110 Far Hills Ave. Erianna L. Carpenter B/F/26 was issued a summons for Theft An officer stopped a vehicle at Glenbeck at Hilton for a moving violation. Brandon A. James W/M/22 and Abel A. Mikol-Mcwain W/M/19 were arrested for possession of drugs An officer conducted a traffic stop on E Dorothy near Shroyer. Kevin J. Rowe W/M/29 was arrested for a warrant through OSP for FTA Crews responded to 160 Cannonbury Ct for a family problem. Charles Breckenridge B/M/47 was arrested for Felony Domestic Violence An officer conducted a traffic stop on W Stroop Rd. Wesley J. Qualls JR (B/M/24) was arrested on a Xenia Warrant for FTA Destiny M. Mullins (W/F/25) summons Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Possession of Marijuana
2 Tuesday, April 17, Officers responded to 916 Fairacres on an armed burglary & armed robbery complaint that occurred approx. an hour earlier. Kendal Trullinger W/M/20 and Gage Smith W/M/18 were arrested later in the day for Aggravated Burglary and Aggravated Robbery An officer was dispatched to the Miami County Jail on a warrant service. Eric K. Lankford W/M/27 was arrested on a FTC Kettering Warrant and transported to the KPD Jail Crews were dispatched to the Budget Inn, 2700 S. Dixie, for a suspicious vehicle. Melissa R. Welch W/F/32 was issued a summons for possession of marijuana paraphernalia, Brandon L. Ryan W/M/32 was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia, Gene A. Bozarth W/M/44 was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, falsification, possession of drugs, and tampering with evidence. Bozarth was transported to the KPD Jail An officer conducted a traffic stop near 2555 Woodman for a moving violation. James M. Pulaski W/M/29 was arrested for a Beavercreek warrant for FTA Adrienne D. Dates (W/F/35) was issued a summons for open container in a motor vehicle. Wednesday, April 18, An officer responded to 601 Woodman Dr to meet a HHPD Officer to take custody of a subject held on our warrant. Michael A Belcher, w/m, 28, was arrested on the FTC Warrant with original charge of assault, and transported to KPD Jail An officer responded to Miami Co Jail to pick up a subject held on our warrant. Brandon Burkhart, w/m, 25, was arrested on the warrant with original charge of drug possession, and transported to KPD Jail

He was arrested and transported to Kettering Jail Thursday, April 19, An officer issued a summons for poss. of drug paraphernalia to Ryan D. Hannahs, w/m/24, as the result of a suspicious person call An officer conducted a traffic stop at Fairmont and Dorothy. Rhonda M. Murray W/F/42 was arrested for Possession of Drugs and Drug Trafficking An officer was dispatched to a hit skip crash at Acreview and David. Russell W. Brunner W/M/46 was arrested for OVI and transported to the KPD Jail where he refused the test Crews were dispatched to 400 Lewiston on a warrant service. Matthew J. Fowler W/M/37 was arrested for two MCSO warrants and transported to KPD Jail Crews were dispatched to 2871 Acosta for a complainant who wanted to drop charges on her boyfriend who was at the door. Andrew M. Moon W/M/22 was arrested on warrants for Domestic Violence and Assault and was transported to Kettering Jail An officer completed a warrant service via fax to the Montgomery County Jail on Jacqueline E. Hoffman-Cox W/F/38 for DWOC and Theft Crews were dispatched to the 2800 block of Powhattan for a hit/skip to a parked vehicle. Jason R. Stratton (W/M/42) was arrested for Disorderly Conduct PI and transported to the Kettering Jail
4 0533 An officer responded to the UD Arena to meet MCSO for a warrant transfer. Benjamin L. Bruney W/M/46 was arrested on the FTC warrant Friday, April 20, Officers were sent to 2919 Prentice Av. on the report of a non-breather. Audrey A. Dilley, w/f/58, suffered from several health issues and was pronounced dead at the scene. The coroner was contacted and released the body to Wright State based on pre-arrangements made Crews responded to Subway for a disturbance. Derrick E. Poston was unable to care for himself, and was arrested for Disorderly Conduct An officer stopped a vehicle on Far Hills after it had sat through the green light cycle at Far Hills and Dorothy. Shawn D. Liebold (W/M/46) was arrested for OVI and was transported to the Kettering Jail where he refused the breath test An officer stopped a vehicle in front of 2207 Farmside Dr for a registration violation. Andrew D. Keller (W/M/35) was placed under arrest for the Moraine warrant for FTC on original charge of Theft. He was also charged with felony Drug Possession and transported to KPD jail An officer stopped a vehicle at Shroyer and Forrer for red light (stop bar) and turn signal violations at Dorothy Ln. Clay E. Powell (W/M/19) was arrested for drug possession and transported to KPD jail without incident An officer stopped a vehicle at Culver and Forrer for a stop bar violation. Stanley E. Lynch (W/M/48) was arrested for drug possession, and Beth A. Grubb (W/F/54) was arrested for possession of drugs and paraphernalia. Both were transported to KPD jail without incident
5 0211 An officer stopped a vehicle in the lot of McDonald s 2901 Wilmington Pk. after recognizing the driver and running a computer check, which showed he was DUS and had a warrant. Paul Baker III (W/M/38) was placed under arrest for Possession of Drugs and Paraphernalia, as well as the confirmed MCSO warrant for child neglect, and transported to KPD jail Summons issued to Jessie L. Bolin, W/F/28, 633 Brookfield, for allowing her dog to run at large Summons (X5) issued to Rex L. Caldwell, Jr., W/M/33, 3724 Ackerman, for no dog licenses maintaining dogs in such numbers to constitute a kennel Summons issued to Zachary R. Sizemore, W/M/27, 1015 E. Dorothy, for open container in a motor vehicle Saturday, April 21, Crews responded to Kroger, 2115 E. Dorothy Ln., on the report of a shoplifter in custody. Upon their arrival, they located Zerrick E. Hancock (W/M/46) who had taken items without paying and had passed all points of sale. He was taken into custody and transported to KPD Jail without incident An officer attempted to stop a vehicle on Patterson at Barney. The vehicle fled into Dayton. The driver was identified by the officer and charges through warrants are pending through the Kettering Prosecutor s Office Crews were dispatched to a single vehicle accident on Patterson Blvd. at Park Av. Upon their arrival, they located the vehicle and the driver, John T. Norman (W/M/63). He was showing signs of intoxication and was issued a citation for OVI Crews responded to a disturbance at 4579 Wilmington Pike. Upon their arrival, they located Norman D. Ferguson, Jr (W/M/52). Ferguson had been trespassed from the location. He was arrested for Criminal Trespass and transported to KPD Jail
6 Summons issued to Bradlee K. Fleagle (W/M/18) for Possession of Intoxicating Liquor while under the age of Summons issued to Nino A. Shepherd (B/M/22) for Possession of Marijuana An officer was dispatched to the area of 1717 Marilyn Ave for an intoxicated driver. Joshua E. Lybrook (W/M/36) was arrested for OVI and later submitted a sample of his breath resulting in.313 g/201l. He was issued a summons for Open Container in a Motor Vehicle as well An officer conducted a traffic stop on South Blvd. for a moving violation. Peyton L. Staggs (W/M/19) had 3 active warrants for his arrest from Springboro PD. He was arrested without incident Karessa J. Blackwell (W/F/26) summons Disorderly Conduct, intoxication Matthew L. Perkins (W/M/18) summons Failure to Comply Sunday, April 22, An officer responded to 4510 Twilight Hill on a dead body call. Nicholas Kirbabas, w/m, 84, died of natural causes. The coroner s office released the body to the family who made arrangements with the funeral home An officer was advised of a subject held in the county jail who was arrested by Riverside PD on our warrant. Ryan L Daniels, w/m, 32, received his copy of the warrant via fax to MCSO Jail. The original charges were public intox & making a false statement An officer conducted a stop near Wilmington and E. Dorothy Ln. for an equipment violation. Investigation revealed that Donald W. Melton (W/M/48) had an active warrant through Dayton for Criminal Trespass. Jessica Plummer (W/F/40) had an active warrant through Dayton for DUS and Traffic Offenses. She was arrested on the warrant and charged
7 with Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments. Billie Jean Melton (W/F/43) was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at Party Lane Carryout, 3917 Wilmington Pike. Upon their arrival, they located Robert W. Kaufmann (W/M/53) who was arrested for Disorderly Conduct / Public Intoxication and transported to KPD Jail. He was also issued a summons for Open Container An officer was dispatched to I-70 / 235 to meet with a Clark County Deputy for a field transfer of Heather Byrd (W/F/27). Byrd had an active warrant through Kettering for FTC on the original charge of Possession of Drugs. She was taken into custody and transported to KPD Jail An officer conducted a traffic stop on Far Hills at Shroyer for an equipment violation. Upon investigation, he located Robert A. Smith, Jr (B/M/41). Smith had an active warrant through MCSO for child support (motion) and an active warrant through Beavercreek for theft. He was taken into custody and transported to the KPD Jail An officer conducted a traffic stop at 1818 Woodman Dr. for a license violation. Upon investigation, it was discovered that Devin Black (W/M/29) was arrested for Felony Possession of Drugs and Misdemeanor Possession of Dangerous Drugs. He was transported to the KPD Jail An officer conducted a traffic stop at Marshall and Lincoln Park for a moving violation. Louis J. Williamson (W/M/33) and Amanda S. Jenkins (W/F/34) were arrested for possession of drugs
