21 ICT4R Researching the role of ICT's in post-conflict reconciliation and reconstruction. We are currently exploring activities in Rwanda working with their genocide memorial project. We may expand to places such as Mozambique, Liberia, and Afghanistan. (Sy Goodman, Bill Long, Juan Andres Muñoz)
