11 Action Plan Objectives Strategic Goal 1 Foster a balanced IP system that takes into account the varying levels of development of AMSs and differences in institutional capacity of national IP Offices to enable them to deliver timely, quality, and accessible IP services to promote the region as being conducive to the needs of users and generators of IP

15 Action Plan Objectives Strategic Goal 3 Advance the interests of the region by promoting IP awareness, creation, and utilization to ensure that IP becomes a tool for development; by providing support for the transfer of technology to promote access to knowledge; and by preserving and protecting indigenous products and services and the works of their creative peoples in the region.

16 Means of Achievements Marketing IP in the region Activity: A series of high profile IP fora as part of the IP promotion campaign of ASEAN to engage high level officers of government and leaders of society are conducted.
