Basis of calculation 2.26 user per household BROADBAND FOR THE RURAL COMMUNITIES Community Broadband Library (CBL): ( ) To provide Internet facilities with speed of 1 Mbps and provide ICT training i at the rural librarie2s to support the National Broadband Implementation Plan and develop ICT skills Community Broadband Centre (CBC): ( ) To provide Internet facilities with speed of 2 Mbps and provide ICT training at selected premises to support the National Broadband Implementation Plan, to improve ICT skills and to increase the broadband subscription 8 4
