1 Day Camp Scholarship Fund Dear Parent/Guardian, Thanks to the generous support by KIND Healthy Snacks as well as individual donations by participating camp families and museum visitors, The New Children s Museum is pleased to offer a limited number of camp scholarships for the day camp season. If interested, please complete this Day Camp Scholarship Application. Full and partial scholarships are available. Scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis to those who qualify (based on financial need). The Museum is pleased to offer full and partial (60% covered) funding to families who would not otherwise be able to participate in our program. Funding and Eligibility Guidelines: The New Children s Museum follows gross income eligibility guidelines established for the Federal Free & Reduced Lunch program. To check your eligibility, please refer to the outline chart located at: In order to be considered for a scholarship, applicants must complete a Scholarship Application Form. If the form is not completed, the recipient will not be considered. We will accept applications throughout the day camp season, but we encourage you to send it in as soon as possible, as programs fill up quickly. Families will be notified whether or not they have received a scholarship approximately two weeks after we receive your application materials. The applicant s family is expected to provide transportation to and from the Museum for the camper each day of the program as well as lunch each day. Visit to view this year s program list. 3. Once contacted regarding scholarship update, applicants will be directed to register for camp via the Museum s website and using a discount code.
