Under this exam scholarships will be awarded on MERIT base only to candidates who qualify prescribed exam. A step forward with an objective of Digital INDIA, the organization has come up with an idea of new era online exam. This online exam system is going to benefit candidates in many ways. The exam will be conducted online, unlike other online exam; it can be accessed from any location having internet connection like PC & laptops at home, cyber café. The biggest benefit of such system is that, it will reduce the cost of examination significantly, apart from being economically beneficial for applicants who have to travel long ways to appear for exam by spending money on travel and food and time spent on such journeys which could be utilized in various other ways. Beside all these benefits online exam system is also capable of reducing the time in processing the result which will enable us to deliver the result and scholarships faster and this way the organization would be able to fulfill its commitment of helping the meritorious population from all section of society expeditiously with ZERO formalities and NEGLIBLE Procedures. SCHEME OF EXAMINATION The selection process for the scholarship will comprise of an ONLINE Test of MCQs. 2 NOTE: All questions will be printed in English & Hindi except English OR Hindi language section. Candidate will have to attempt either English or Hindi language questions in language section. Candidate must mark his/her preference at exam time for choice of English or Hindi language paper. Penalty for Wrong Answers For each wrong answer one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question. NOTE Link for the test will be provided on the website well in advance before the commencement of exam, candidates are advised to visit the website regularly for updates. Candidates are advised to attempt MOCK TEST, well in advance, available at the website to become familiar with the format of examination. The exam will consist of 4 (four) sections, each section will be assigned time limit; the candidate will have to complete the given section within given time. To avert any chance of discrepancy, there shall be no back option, which means candidate need to attempt the question or press next button leaving the question unanswered, appearing on the screen. Candidate must make it sure that they attempt all the questions within given time limit for each section as no extra time will be given. PAYMENT FOR APPEARING IN SCHOLARSHIP EXAM a) To appear in the scholarship exam, applicants need to pay an amount of Rs. 300 (Three hundred only) for General category applicants and Rs. 250/ (Two Hundred Fifty only) for SC/ST candidates against the online test. b) Applications without the prescribed payment would not be considered and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection would be entertained. c) PAYMENT ONCE PAID SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE NOR CAN THE FEE BE HELD IN RESERVE FOR ANY OTHER EXAMINATION OR SELECTION.

3 SCHOLARSHIP : 388 Candidate will be awarded Rs.5000/ (Type A) as scholarship for 3 consecutive months; 324 Candidates will be awarded Rs.2500/ (Type B) as scholarship for 3 consecutive months; 227 candidate will be awarded with Rs.1000/ (Type C) as scholarship for 3 consecutive months; and 436 candidates will be awarded Rs.500/ (Type D) as scholarship for 3 consecutive months subject to merit list & number of application received. This is monthly scholarship and will be paid in three months. Result will be prepared on the basis of merit of the candidates. Merit list in any case will not be less than 30% of the maximum marks, no candidate will be considered for merit securing less than 30% marks. PAYMENT OF SCHOLARSHIP TO SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES Payment of scholarship to candidates will be done through transfer in their bank account. All applicants are requested to have an active bank account. ELIGIBILITY Candidates are requested to apply only Online against this advertisement on the website and NOT write to the Organization for Application forms. They are also requested to go through carefully the details and instructions published on the website AGE LIMIT: Minimum age limit is 16 years and maximum 40 years for all candidates. CITIZENSHIP: A Candidate must be either: (a) a citizen of India, or (b) a subject of Nepal, or (c) a subject of Bhutan, or (d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or (e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka or East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania(formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: A candidate must have passed matriculation (10th) or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

After submitting the Online Application (OA), the candidates are required to take snap shot of the finally submitted Online Application (OA). 7. Candidates are not required to submit to the Organization either by post or by hand the printouts of their online applications or any other document. 8. The candidates are advised to submit the Online Application well in advance without waiting for the closing date. NOTE To ensure that only meritorious candidates get the scholarship a criteria has been prescribes by the organization which is as follows; Four different types of given scholarship will be disbursed to candidates who score more than prescribed percentage of marks i.e. Type a scholarship to those candidates who score sixty percent or above marks; type b scholarship only to those candidates who score more than fifty percent and below sixty percent; type c & d scholarship will be given to those candidates who score more than thirty percent and less than fifty percent marks

5 DATE, TIME & VENUE OF EXAMINATION I. Tentative date for examination is 26 August 2018 (Sunday). Time of examination will be 10:00 AM. II. Center of examination is to be decided by the candidate. This is an ONLINE EXAMINATION and can be accessed from any Personal Computer or laptops at home or cyber café having internet connection. Therefore applicants are free to choose their location for exam as per their convenience. NOTE: IN THE EVENT OF TIE, AUTHORITY WILL ADOPT SHORT LISTING CRITERIA TO SELECT THE CANDIDATES FOR SCHOLARSHIP TO A REASONABLE NUMBER BY ANY OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS: A. On the basis of number obtained in Quantitative Aptitude section. B. On the basis of number obtained in Reasoning section. C. On the basis of higher educational qualifications than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement. D. Candidate of higher age will be preferred. E.
