Scholarship Transcript Northwest High School Checklist Transcript requests for scholarships are made to our Registrar s Office (before school, during lunch or after school). Students must have a Scholarship Processing Form with parent signature on file with our Registrar s Office for Transcript release. Download the form from the College Career Scholarships & Financial Aid web page. Complete the form, making sure to include the name and address of the scholarship, and completing all required columns. Financial Aid FAFSA CSS Profile Check with your college or university Financial Aid Office for FAFSA and/or CSS Profile deadlines Student Financial CSS Accept your Maryland Important Updates Regarding Maryland Aid & Scholarships Update from the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) on the Guaranteed Access Grant Program. The Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA) will identify students that potentially meet grant eligibility based on information obtained on the student s FAFSA.
