12 Registration Information & Test Cities How to Register for FIITJEE s Admission Test How to Register & Test Cities Online Registration Log on to our online registration portal and create an account for yourself using your ID as user name and set your preferred password. Update your profile info such as your Name, Class and School you are studying in, Contact details and details about your parents etc. as the next step. You are now ready for an online registration. Following payment options are available on the website. 1. Online payment using a Credit / Debit Card (Master / Visa) - Your Hall Ticket will be generated immediately after successful payment. Please take two printouts of your Hall Ticket and paste your recent colour photograph on both the copies. Submit one copy of your Hall Ticket to the Examination Controller during the Exam and get the second copy validated & keep it for your records. 2. Cash / DD / Pay Order deposit at a FIITJEE Centre You have to take a printout of your Online Application (e-application) and submit it in person / send by post or courier to your nearest FIITJEE Centre alongwith Exam Fee. If you are submitting it in person at FIITJEE Centre, your Hall Ticket will be issued on the spot by the FIITJEE Centre. If you are sending printout of your Online Application alongwith Demand Draft / Pay Order for Exam Fee by post / courier, your Hall Ticket will be ed to your ID given by you during online registration. You can also download your Hall Ticket from our website downloadhallticket.htm. Downloads will not be available for Hall Tickets issued in person. Paper Application You can obtain a Paper Application Form from any FIITJEE Centre or from your School office. Schools can obtain any number of Application Forms from any nearest FIITJEE centre. Fill this Application Form carefully and deposit it in person / send by post or courier to any nearest FIITJEE Centre. Your Hall Ticket will be issued by the FIITJEE centre either in person or will be sent to your ID as opted by you in the Application Form. You can also download your Hall Ticket from our website Downloads will not be available for Hall Tickets issued in person. Important : FIITJEE will send various important information like confirmation of payment, registration, seating plan etc. on your mobile phone through SMS. In order to receive these information promptly, please ensure that your mobile number should not be registered under NDNC. In case a student is eligible for / awarded more than one scholarship under different criterion, he can avail the scholarship amount whichever is higher but already availed scholarship amount will be deducted from the same. Delhi (South Delhi, North-West Delhi & East Delhi Centres), Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhilai, Bhopal, Bokaro, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Ranchi, Vijayawada & Visakhapatnam which is available for male students only, on the basis of merit. The hostel expenditure to be paid by the student is Rs. 4,500/- to 6,000/- per month approximately on double occupancy basis and varies from one hostel to another and city to city. Expenses are subject to revision as and when required without prior notice. FIITJEE also has hostel / lodging & boarding facilities for female students at select FIITJEE centres. Appropriate assistance may be provided in locating paying guest accommodation for female students at other locations. Students desirous of availing hostel facilities are required to deposit a sum of Rs. 7,500/- as refundable* security deposit alongwith two months expenses in advance at the time of joining. Those desiring to spread the initial burden can opt for the option of depositing the two months advance expenses for the last two months upto 60 days after joining depending upon the program they are joining. Two months advance will be adjusted in the last two months (March & April or April & May) of the course completion year. *Subject to terms & conditions and will be refunded by 15th July of the course completion year. In case of dispute, students / parents are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate courts in Delhi / New Delhi only. All disputes shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final & binding. The arbitrator so appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employee of FIITJEE Ltd. or its sister concern, and for reasons of having any prior linkage with the company. 63
