4 REGULATIONS OF CLAIMS TO SCHOLARSHIPS Any claim to the Scholarship shall be regulated by the provisions of the scheme in force at the time when the Trust decides to award a scholarship to the needy/meritorious student(s) (a) The scholarship given under this scheme shall be in addition to the scholarship paid by the Board under the provisions of chapter 15 of the H. P. Board of School Education Examination Regulation, (b) The Scholarship rates shall be as under : Sl. No. Name of the examination Rate of Scholarship P 2. (d) The scheme shall be applicable w.e.f. the academic session (e) The Candidates whose family income from all sources upto Rs. 1,00,000/- P.A. shall be eligible for this Scholarship. For such category of needy and meritorious student's 90% scholarship shall be earmarked on the basis of merit and family income. (f) 10% scholarship would be earmarked for deaf, mute, blind and disabled (40% or above) candidates appearing at any of the above examinations and passing the same in second division or above. (g). The eligibility of the candidate entitled to get benefit under the scheme will be based on the Annual income of his family and the percentage of Marks: Both the conditions of Annual Income and percentage of marks will be of 10 marks each. CANCELLATION OF SCHOLARSHIP : In case on an inquiry it is found that any student/guardian has furnished false information to obtain the scholarship, then the scholarship shall be cancelled and the amount, if any, disbursed to the student by way of scholarship shall be recovered from the student/parent/guardian along with interest at the rate of 15% per annum.
