CHRIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH OF EAGLE LAKE SCHOLARSHIP Eligible students must attend technical or vocational school. COLORADO COUNTY AREA GO TEXAN SCHOLARSHIP Applicants are required to be a member of 4-H or FFA. COLORADO COUNTY FAIR SCHOLARSHIP Eligible students have had involvement with County Fair. COLORADO COUNTY FARM BUREAU SCHOLARSHIP Applicant s family must be members of CCFB prior to September 1 of his/her senior year and membership must be current. Applicants must show 2 yrs. achievement in Ag. related activities during the last 2 yrs. of high school. COLORADO COUNTY ROW CROP COMMITTEE SCHOLARSHIP Available to a senior pursuing a degree in a field related to agriculture or with a background in agriculture COLORADO COUNTY TEXAS A & M ALUMNI ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP Available to those students who will attend Texas A & M University. The CDA member must currently be in good standing with the court in Eagle Lake.

Secondary consideration to Catholic youth of Parish of the Nativity in Eagle Lake. EAGLE LAKE NOON LIONS CLUB SCHOLARSHIP Available to Seniors living in the Eagle Lake School boundaries and/or who attended Eagle Lake Middle School. EAGLE LAKE RECREATION CENTER--GOLF SCHOLARSHIP Student or student s family must be a member in good standing with the Eagle Lake Recreation Center/Golf Course to be considered for a scholarship. FOSTER, ZACCHAE US ZIGGY SCHOLARSHIP GARWOOD ASSOCIATION OF PARENTS SCHOLARSHIP Eligible applicants must be from the Garwood/Nada area and graduated from the sixth grade at Garwood School. GARWOOD FARMERS COOPERATIVE ASSN. SCHOLARSHIP Available to Seniors from Garwood/Nada area. GARWOOD LIONS CLUB SCHOLARSHIP Eligible Seniors from the Garwood/Nada area. GARWOOD STUDENT COUNCIL SCHOLARSHIP Available to Seniors who have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Attendance at Garwood school is a requirement. GARWOOD, H. M. & HETTIE PAGE SCHOLARSHIP Available to Seniors from Garwood/Nada area. GARWOOD ASSOCIATION OF RESTORATION SCHOLARSHIP To be eligible, the applicant must be a resident of the Garwood area. Selection will be based on a short essay. GARWOOD/NADA GADABOUTS SCHOLARSHIP To be eligible, the applicant must be a former member of the Garwood/Nada 4-H Club or a current member of FFA. Selection of the ward will be based on a short essay. GREATER EAGLE LAKE MINISTERIAL ALLIANCE Applicants must be a member of a church that belongs to the Greater Eagle Lake Ministerial Alliance. HBPH MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP Applicants must plan to attend and have been accepted to Texas State University or the University of Texas or Sam Houston State University

NADA CATHOLIC DAUGHTERS #1595 SCHOLARSHIP Any son/daughter of a CDA Court of Our Lady of the Rosary is eligible to apply. The CDA member must currently be in good standing with the court in Nada. NADA KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS-COUNCIL #3371 SCHOLARSHIP Eligible students are those whose father belongs to Nada Knights of Columbus Council #3371. NAVIDAD VALLEY CATTLE WOMEN SCHOLARSIP ON NOTE ENTERTAINMENT PARISH OF THE NATIVITY MEN S CLUB SCHOLARSHIP Available to sons or daughters of the Parish of Nativity in Eagle Lake. POPP, JOE L. MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP Any RHS senior may apply. LOREASE AND ED PRIESMEYER FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP Selection is based on academic achievement, moral character, and financial need. The recipient is chosen by the Priesmeyer Foundation board and a selection committee selected by the board. Full-time enrollment and good academic standing as defined by the college/university are the only requirements for annual renewal. RHS NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY Available to graduating seniors who are members of the Rice High School National Honor Society. RICE ANCHOR CLUB SCHOLARSHIP Eligible applicants must be Anchor Club members. RICE CISD FOOD SERVICE ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP First preference is given to a student entering the food service field. Second preference is given to a student entering the nursing field.

4 RICE FFA BOOSTER CLUB SCHOLARSHIP RICE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT COUNCIL SCHOLARSHIP Eligible student must have been a Rice High School Student Council member for two years and show scholastic abilities, leadership abilities, and a financial need. RICE MEDICAL CENTER EMPLOYEES VOLUNTEER MEDICAL SCHOLARSHIP Applicants must have at least a 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale and be entering a course of study in the medical field. RICE PROJECT GRADUATION SCHOLARSHIP This application is available to all seniors who have met the required criteria. RICE ALL SPORTS ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB SCHOLARSHIP Eligible students must have participated in at least 3 sports (which could include cheerleading) each year during HS. The student and/or parent must also have completed the required service hours each year to meet the criteria. Sports participation must be verified by the athletic director. ROCK ISLAND VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT SCHOLARSHIP First preference will be given to students going into the fire fighting, EMS, or Medical field. RVOS FARM MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY Eligible students parents must be a member in good standing in RVOS Lodge 23, Nada SAN BERNARD ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE SCHOLARSHIP The applicant and/or their parents must be a member of San Bernard Electric Cooperative. The applicant must be a graduating senior in the top 25% of the graduating senior class, and must show proof of enrollment to an academic, vocational, or technical college. SAN BERNARD WATERSHED SCHOLARSHIP SAUL, JOHN R. EDUCATIONAL MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP Applicants must demonstrate a financial need and desire to be a classroom teacher. SHERIDAN LIONS CLUB SCHOLARSHIP Applicants must have attended and completed seventh grade at Sheridan School. SHERIDAN LITTLE LEAGUE SCHOLARSHIP SHERIDAN PTS SCHOLARSHIP Available to seniors who attended Sheridan School through the sixth grade.

AND ESTHER SUNDERMAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP Available to graduating Rice Seniors who will pursue a career in a medical field. Students must have a 3.0 GPA in order to apply. This scholarship is dedicated to the men and women of the medical professions who help ease the suffering caused by cancer and related illnesses. TEXAS TELEPHONE ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP THOMAS, RAYMOND R., M.D. MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP Available to graduating seniors to train as a paramedic. must be prepared to commit to the entire two-year term. Applicants TRI-COUNTY A & M MOTHER S CLUB Available to those students who will attend Texas A & M University WHARTON COUNTY JUNIOR COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP Available to graduating seniors who will attend WCJC.
