The completeness and quality of arrangements for the selection of participants, the support provided to them and the recognition of their mobility period (in particular in the Partner country). The potential impact of the project on participants,beneficia ries,partner organisations, at local, regional and national levels and the quality of measures aimed at disseminatingthe results of the mobility project at faculty and institution levels, and beyond where applicable, in both the Programme and Partner Country.

22 Capacity Building in the field of HE Transnational cooperation projects builds on the success of the former Alfa, Edu-link and Tempus programmes based on multilateral partnerships, primarily between higher education institutions from Programme and eligible Partner Countries Support the modernisation, accessibility and internationalisation of higher education in the Partner Countries Promote cooperation between Programme Countries and eligible Partner Countries (as well as among eligible Partner Countries themselves) Promote voluntary convergence with EU developments in higher education Promote people-to-people contacts, intercultural awareness and understanding 22
