Quality of the completed application and essay portion (quality of essays is an important determining factor). 2. Financial need based on: How much can you pay? How much can your church pay on your behalf? 3. Involvement in church activities and community service. 4. Verification of counseling session with an On One Accord Ministry Advisory Board member. This application is to be used for requests that involve: Providing scholarships to current and potential students of CIP and/or OOABI to create a community of Christian leaders.

7 Chaplaincy Internship Program Scholarship The Chaplaincy Internship Program (CIP) Scholarship has been established for qualifying students in order to help them to achieve their goals in ministry. The Reverend Dr. Gregory Frank Clark, Sr. was a chaplain with the Cuyahoga Juvenile Correctional Facility for over 20 years. It is important to him that leaders are trained in chaplaincy work in order to be a service to the lost, imprisoned, sick, and impoverished souls we encounter daily. Funds for this scholarship will be provided each semester from On One Accord Ministry in an amount to be determined. On One Accord Bible Institute Scholarship 2 Timothy 2:15, Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. The On One Accord Bible Institute (OOABI) Scholarship has been established for qualifying students in order to help them gain a better understanding and working knowledge of the teachings of the Bible through the intense and in depth study of Scripture. The Reverend Dr. Gregory Frank Clark, Sr. delights in teaching the Word of God to students who have a heart and a desire to grow closer to the Lord. In order to be strong in the Lord, one must be strong in His Word. Funds for this scholarship will be provided each semester from On One Accord Ministry in an amount to be determined.

The awardee(s) will receive a notice of scholarship certificate via mail prior to the start of the corresponding semester. The funds from the scholarship will be dispensed to the winner once the following conditions are met: 1. The student is enrolled and on campus at the institution of higher learning. 2. The student s schedule and semester cost have been established and received by the student. 3. A Thank You letter from the recipient to the scholarship donor.
