12 P 10 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Necessary information / Conditions about Cash Awards: 1. A student will be eligible for Cash Award only in one category out of the programs whether Classroom program or DLP, but not in both. 2. To be eligible for Cash Awards, it is mandatory for top 30 students in each Std to join any of our course before 31st December, Once the Enrollment is done, it will not be cancelled in any case. The student will have to fill separate enrollment form for separate courses. 3. Students joining Two Year Classroom Program or DLP for Std VII & VIII /IX & X, will get 40% of total Cash Award during Std VII/IX(Academic Year ) which will be disbursed in 2 equal installments and remaining 60% of Cash Award will be disbursed during Std VIII/X (Academic Year ) in 2 equal installments. 4. Students joining One Year Classroom Program or DLP for Std VI/VII/ VIII /IX /X, will get total Cash Award disbursed in 2 equal installments during Std VI/VII/ VIII /IX /X (Academic Year ). 5. Students joining Two Year Classroom Program or DLP for Std XI & XII, will get 30% of total Cash Award during Std XI (Academic Year ) which will be disbursed in 2 equal installments, 30% of Cash Award will be disbursed during Std XII (Academic Year ) in 2 equal installments & remaining 40% will be disbursed once students get selected into IITs/any Govt. Medical colleges through All India Quota during the year Students joining One Year Classroom Program or DLP for Std XII, will get 60% of total Cash Award during Std XII (Academic Year ) which will be disbursed in 2 equal installments & remaining 40% will be disbursed once students get selected into IITs/any Govt. A student should maintain good performance i.e, scoring average 65% marks in all Objective Tests conducted by CVRS failing which, that installment of Cash Award will be discontinued. 10. The final discretion in all the above cases lies with the Director-Operations, CVRS ESIPL and his/her decision will be final & binding on the student. 11. Cash Award shall be paid by cheque only. Installments will be paid in September & January of respective academic years by the MTP Road centre or at any other venue as decided by the management. Those students who pay their Registration fee, Admission Fee & Tuition Fee (1st installment) on or before 31st December2017 shall be given Standard Specific Early Joining Benefits (see details) so that they can perform better in their school/ Board Exam.

Kindly fill the enclosed HUNT FOR JUNIOR C V RAMAN Registration Form and submit along with your 2 passport size colour photographs and cash / demand draft of Rs 300/- in favour of CVRS EDUCATIONAL SERVICES (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED. 2. Incomplete form will be rejected. It is compulsory to attach all the required documents along with duly filled Registration Form. 3. It is compulsory to provide Mobile No. & ID of the student / parent / guardian. The result of tests or any other information by the institute will be sent to the student via SMS and / or . Institute shall not be responsible if any information regarding result or anything else is not received by the student if he/ she has not given his/her or parent s/ Guardian s updated & correct Mobile No. / ID in HUNT FOR JUNIOR C V RAMAN form at the time of registration. 4. HUNT FOR JUNIOR C V RAMAN Registration Form can be accepted after 14TH NOVEMBER 2017 with a late fee of Rs 50/- till 16TH NOVEMBER 2017 (Thursday) by post at Registered Office or by hand at nearest C V RAMAN Centre before 7:00 PM. No forms will be accepted after 16TH NOVEMBER D. Necessary information / Conditions about Scholarships: 1. Meaning of Scholarship: Scholarship means Fee Concession Fee Discount, Fee Waiver. If at any point of time, the government decides to charge GST on the scholarship/concession amount/fee waiver, then the GST shall be borne by the student / parent / guardian. 2. Selected candidate will be provided Classroom coaching as per the choice of their study centre (at existing C V RAMAN centres only) but if a student wants to change the study centre, written permission for the same will have to be taken from the Director - Operations, CVRS ESIPL.

14 P The students joining 1-year course shall be eligible for scholarship for 1 year only. However, those students who join our 2- year program shall be eligible for continued scholarship for the entire period of 2 years subject to Terms & Conditions. 4. Maximum scholarship for a student shall not exceed 100% of overall fee in any case whatsoever. 5. During the Classroom Program at C V RAMAN, a student must meet the following requirements failing which his/her scholarship program will be revoked with immediate effect. The decision of Director - Operations, CVRS ESIPL shall be final and binding to the student and the parents. (a) ATTENDANCE: The attendance of the student in the coaching class should not drop below 75% throughout the Classroom program. It is compulsory for a student under this program to write all his/her test papers conducted by the institute in his/her batches. (b) TEST MARKS: The student will be required to maintain a minimum of 65% marks in their regular assessment tests. E. Other Important Information : 1. HUNT FOR JUNIOR C V RAMAN students can enroll in our regular weekdays / weekends / Sunday only batches. 2. If at any centre, the strength of HUNT FOR JUNIOR C V RAMAN students in a batch is 30 or more, a dedicated batch such students will be made. However, if the strength of HUNT FOR JUNIOR C V RAMAN students at a centre is less than 30, then they will be allotted the best batch at the centre. 3. The registered office of CVRS EDUCATIONAL SERVICES INDIA (P) LTD is COIMBATORE. All disputes and differences of any nature with regard to the THE HUNT FOR JUNIOR CV RAMAN-2017, subsequent enrolment and studies will be under the exclusive Jurisdiction in COIMBATORE JUDICIAL Courts only. 4.
