8 International projects 06 The primary aim of the project is to contribute to the development of higher education in Central Asia, in accordance with the European space of higher education by taking into account and assess the specific needs and potentials of the region and partner countries, in response to the higher education needs in particular and of all society.

9 International projects 07 The project focuses on the creation of "Central - Asian Center for Teaching, Learning and Entrepreneurship CACTLE" for the development and strengthening of relations between the Central Asian universities and enterprises in order to increase entrepreneurial competences through the improvement of teaching competency university teachers. The military department Narxoz has 13 classrooms for five hundred seats equipped with its own firing range, parade ground and educational laboratories. The university provides a stadium with 3000 seats, which includes: a soccer field, a field for mini-football, six treadmills, fitness room, gym with locker rooms and showers.
