20 CHALLENGES Program Directors starting to get burned out, retiring How to reach new young faculty to pass the torch With relatively high participation rate, no longer going after low hanging fruit must figure out how to reach the next group of students (barriers and preferences) International internships difficult to scale significantly with current model and staffing Hard to give away need based scholarships maybe students who have high need don t even look?
