2 RIGHT TO DREAM The Right to Dream (RtD) Academy in Ghana, West Africa, is a fully residential elite education and sporting academy for 100 boys and girls aged years old. It is a 100% scholarship school that recruits across 30,000 talented West African children each year with potential in football, education and character. It develops its students through academic years 5-13 (key stage 2-4 primarily), teaching around five core subjects (currently accredited with Cambridge, and running the IGCSE curriculum) along with a continent-leading character development curriculum. Enrichment programmes include a partnership with LEGO education (including a LEGO Education Innovation Studio). The elite sporting element to the school hosts U15 & U17 soccer/football teams that are some of the best in the world, as well as the only residential girl s academy in Africa. RTD provides life-changing, world-class pathways to its students within education and professional football. The Right to Dream Foundation in Ghana is part of the Right to Dream Group that includes registered charities in the US & UK, and Superliga Club FCN in Denmark.

3 TEACHER RECRUITMENT The Right to Dream Academy in Ghana is looking for creative and passionate teachers to join the team. There are a number of positions available for Newly Qualified Teachers, or Junior Teachers. We are interested in speaking to creative and passionate teachers in Maths & Science as core subjects that will be able to teach within the KS 2-4 or academic year 6-12 range. We are also very interested in candidates that are qualified in Primary Education. RtD is a flexible organisation and being able to teach more than one subject at different levels is a real positive, as well as having wider interests that can rub off on our students through enrichment & extra curricular activities. All candidates should have completed a PGCE (or similar) in the relevant subject by 31st August years teaching experience is beneficial. A role includes competitive net salary (savings on UK living), accommodation at the academy, visas & administration, annual flights, CPD and mentoring by an experienced Head of School.
