CARNEGIE FUTURE ACES FOUNDATION AND CITIZENSHIP AWARD *apply online at (available December) FEBRUARY 2 -must have demonstrated contribution to society by having exhibited exemplary citizenship through extensive volunteerism, community service and by participating in humanitarian causes TOP20UNDER20 AWARD *apply online at (available mid November) FEBRUARY 15 -must have demonstrated significant amounts of innovation, leadership and achievements in life, school, community To be announced ALLISTER YOUNG ARTS & CULTURE ENDOWMENT FUND * application form available in Student MARCH 15 - residents of the City of Niagara Falls - active artists in any creative arts field in the City of Niagara Falls - accumulated substantial volunteer hours in the arts or in an arts organization in Niagara Falls IBAO/OSAID ANNA PYLES MEMORIAL *application form available online at MARCH 22 - must be a recognized leader of the OSAID Chapter and have participated in the OSAID program for at least 2 years - must have helped organize at least two school-wide campaigns/events as well as one community-wide campaign. 1,000.00

3 NIAGARA UNITED SOCCER CLUB (ELIZABETH DEMPSEY BURSARY) (available in March) MARCH 31 - graduating student who has played with the Niagara United Soccer Club for 3 or more years and is currently participating in some capacity in soccer RETAIL AS A CAREER *complete applicatio at: (available in January) MARCH 31 - enrolled full-time or part-time at a Canadian college or university - pursuing a retail, business or marketingrelated program - currently working part-time or full-time within the retail industry Up to $5,000 GIRLS TRIBUNE TOURNAMENT *application in Student Services (available February 2016) APRIL 1 - members of all basketball teams who have participated in a minimum of two Tribune Basketball Tournaments - must have met the academic criteria to be accepted into a post-secondary program To be announced CONSTABLE DALE RACINE EDUCATIONAL BURSARY (available in March) APRIL 7 - academic success - good citizen of school and community -demonstrated strong moral character - commitment to the betterment of school and community NIAGARA CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD SECONDARY STUDENT SENATE AWARD (information available in Student Services early 2017 on how to apply online) APRIL 14 - graduating student at NCDSB high school - students who are leaders within their schools, and actively portray the virtues of our Catholic faith in their day to day lives NIAGARA NEWCOMER BURSARY FUND (available in April) APRIL 20 - graduate who is a newcomer to Canada - pursuing post-secondary studies -active in volunteerism and community service 5 bursaries of $1,000

4 BRANSCOMBE FAMILY FOUNDATION *application form in Student Services (available December) APRIL 25 (due in Student Services) - minimum average of 80% - graduates taking a full course program at an Ontario university or college - based on financial need (financial documentation required) and acadeic excellence * successful applicant will be chosen by the Branscombe Family Foundation *amount of award determined by Foundation OHF BURSARY PROGRAM *applications in Student Services (available in January) APRIL 29 - registered for 3 years within the OHF in any capacity (player,trainer,coach, official) - registrant in good standing with the OHF - enrolling in post-secondary Amount of bursary may vary annually JUSTIN EVES FOUNDATION (MINDS IN MOTION AWARD) *application available at APRIL 30 - graduate with a documented learning disability, meeting the accepted definition of this disorder (see website) Up to $3, available CLUB ITALIA BURSARY *application available in Student Services MAY 1 (due in Student Services) - one of the student s parents must be of Italian descent - must have plans to enroll in a post secondary institution bursary LARKIN ESTATE AWARD * pick up application in Student Services (available March) MAY 2 -graduate of a Catholic high school in Niagara Region - financial need - must be enrolled full time in the Faculty of Arts at St. Michael s College (University of Toronto) or in a school of Nursing, in a degree course in nursing, or in social service work *Amount varies annually MERIDIAN S COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITIES (SEAN JACKSON ) * download application at MAY 8 - academic average of 80% or higher - demonstrated leadership and a strong commitment to his/her community through initiating innovative community projects and/or volunteerism - Accepted into a Canadian college or univ. $10,000.00
