6 Oversees and coordinates the activities and administration of the club Ensures that all tasks necessary for the running of the activities of the society are performed, properly either by doing them or delegating the duties Acts as official spokesperson for the club Acquaints and briefs each committee member with their function, responsibility, duties and maintain personal contact with them; and Liaises with Arc and departments of the University where necessary. Vice President Secretary Treasurer Oversees the general functioning and operation of their respective portfolio. Responsible for receiving and replying to all correspondence on behalf of the club Organises meetings, agendas (in consultation with the President), and minutes Keeps relevant club papers in order; and Coordinates elections. Keeps and maintains all club financial records To carry out financial transactions as directed by the club management; and Ensures that club funds are not misused at any time. Arc Delegate Communicates with the Executive before and after each Arc Clubs General Meeting to pass on information (about grants etc); Liaises with Arc and the club s Executive; Attend Arc Clubs General Meetings or nominate a fellow club member to attend on their behalf.
