ASOCC Future Leaders Scholarship OCC High School Scholarships Use the following checklist to make sure that your application is complete. Complete the application form neatly. You may type it or download to complete it. Mark the scholarship(s) you wish to be considered for. Request official transcripts from your high school and attach them to the application. Ask two people to write recommendations and attach them to the application. These letters can be from teachers, counselors, coaches, employers, youth group leaders, or anyone else who can express why you should receive a scholarship. Remember that you must submit these letters with your application by the deadline, so plan ahead. Recommendations from relatives and friends are not acceptable. Make a copy of your completed scholarship application to keep in your files. Submit your completed application (application form, 2 letters of recommendation, and an official transcript from your high school), no later than Friday, June 1, 2018 by 5:00p.m. Applications should be received in the OCC Scholarship office by this date and time.
