No1/2018, the candidates who have applied for the post of Controller of Examinations are hereby informed that their applications have been scrutinized and Self-Assessment Score filled in by the candidates have been verified by the Screening Committee. The Self-Assessment Score for the post of Controller of Examination may be read against their Roll Nos. and Names in the list enclosed herewith. If there is any discrepancy in the Assessment Score, the candidates should be required to bring it to the notice of the University on the recruitment.estt@kuk.ac.in latest by after that no representation will be entertained and the decision of the University in this regard would be final. Further, it is informed that Professional Skill Test of eligible candidates will be conducted on (Sunday) at below mentioned Centre:- Name of the Centre : University Institute of Engg. & Technology, KUK. Time : 3.00 P.M. to 4.00 P.M. Reporting Time for Test : 2.00 P.M. As the Professional Skill Test is aimed at judging the professional knowledge of candidates with respect to (i) Haryana Civil Services Rules, (ii) Hindi and English Languages, (iii) Knowledge of Higher Education Regulatory Body, (iv) Computer Proficiency and (v) General Awareness related to University / Colleges Administration, the syllabi uploaded on the University Website for the same give only general outline and are hence, suggestive in nature. The Professional Skill Test shall be of one hour duration and the question paper of Test shall consist of 60 Multiple Choice Questions, with each carrying a weightage of ½ mark. The candidates shall be required to select the most appropriate option out of four options on the OMR based Answer Sheet. For each questions, four suggested answers are given out of which one is correct and remaining three are incorrect. Candidate has to choose one correct answer to each question. In any case for each question candidate has to select only one answer. If candidate select more than one answer, the response will be considered wrong. For every correct answer, candidate will be awarded ½ mark. There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Test. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth of the marks assigned to that question (i.e ) will be deducted. If a question is left blank i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question and 0 mark will be awarded to that question. There shall be no rounding off the marks. In case, any candidate secures Negative Marks in the Professional Skill Test, zero marks shall be awarded for the same. The Admit Cards to all the eligible candidates have been dispatched and if any candidate does not get his/her Admit Card, he/she may obtain his/her Admit Card through Establishment Branch (T), Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra one day before the test date upto 4 p.m. The candidates who obtained their degrees, which are essential for eligibility, from Singhania University (Rajasthan), EIILM, University (Sikkim), Manav Bharti University (Himachal Pradesh), Vinayak Mission University (Sikkim), Global Open University (Nagaland) and Vinayak Mission University, Salem, Tamilnadu have not been given any credit of such degree/degrees. -sd- Deputy Registrar, Estt.
