National Merit Scholar or National Merit Finalist or Presidential Scholar or Oklahoma Resident 99.5% or ACT Sum Score Complete a Application -See the Oklahoma State Board of Regents website at org. Academic Scholars Program (Institutional) (Limited to 5 Awards) -Full tuition waiver and double room waiver scholarship, plus stipend. -Approximately $5,250 a year. -ACT 30 or GPA 3.8 and top 4% class. Regional University Baccalaureate (Limited to 15 Awards) -Full tuition waiver and double room waiver scholarship, plus stipend. -Approximately $6,750 a year. and ACT 30 or National Merit Semifinalist or National Merit Commended. Presidential Leaders & University Scholars (PLUS) (Limited to 25 Awards) -Full tuition waiver and single room waiver scholarship, plus cash stipend. (freshman and senior year only) -Approximately $4,000 a year., ACT GPA. -Résumé and Essay. Finalists will be interviewed.
