1 Central University of Himachal Pradesh (Established under Central Universities Act 2009) PO BOX: 21, DHARAMSHALA, DISTRICT KANGRA , HIMACHAL PRADESH Coe/2-2/cuhp/2015 Dated: Provisional First Selection List for Research Degree Programmes ( ) The List Displayed is provisional and has been prepared on merit out of the candidates who appeared in Personal Interview on 2 nd and 3 rd November 2015 for admission in RD programmes in different departments/schools for the academic session The list is strictly based on merit of composite score. The selected candidates are required to complete their admission formalities on or before 6 th November 2015 failing which the vacant seats shall be offered to the Waitlisted candidates. The selected candidates are required to: 1. Report to the Head of the Department for Registration of Courses and submit necessary documents (if not submitted/produced earlier). 2. Deposit fee for the First Semester in the TAB Office at Shahpur. 3. Approximate fees for PhD Programme for the First semester is Rs 16, 800/- 4. For availing hostel facility, the candidates must approach the Provost/DSW with duly filled application form. 5. All the above admission formalities should be completed up to 6 th November 2015 before 5 p.m. 6. The Declaration of vacant seats in various departments/disciplines shall be made available on the University website on 6 th November 2015 at 6.00 PM. 7. In the Schools of Studies where seats are left unfilled after declaration of last list, TREAT would be announced and held as per schedule already notified. Thus the unfilled seats shall be filled up and admission process will be completed. 8. The Orientation Programme and Commencement of Classes will be from 4 th January *For all In-house CUHP Teachers, admission is subject to relevant approval from appropriate authorities of CUHP. 1
