3 EOPS Newsletter May 2015 If you have not yet met with an EOPS Counselor at least 3 times this semester, you will not be eligible for the fall semester book voucher. Appointments are limited, call today Recertification Reminder! Every academic year (July 1-June 30) EOPS students must have their eligibility determined to continue to receive EOPS services. This includes reviewing each student s transcript and educational plan. Students must meet with their EOPS counselor to be recertified. The recertification process will end June 1st. Please call Amanda Frost to schedule an appointment to meet with your counselor. (707) Recertification MUST be completed in order for students to continue receiving EOPS services for the Fall 2015 Semester! Starting June 1st EOPS is currently accepting new student applications for ! Do you know someone who would like to apply for EOPS services? 9 Commencement 2015 This year's Gradua on Ceremony will be held: Friday, May 29, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. on the Green (the green lawn in front of the 2000 Life Science Building) Graduates from the previous summer and fall semesters, as well as those gradua ng in the spring, are eligible to a end the ceremony. Approximately 250 graduates par cipate in the commencement ceremony each year. For ques ons regarding the general commencement ceremony, please call the Office of Student Services at (707) or stop by Rm 1330.
