9 Results of 1rst Erasmus+ Call 2015 KA2 Capacity building in Higher Education Within of the Call on Erasmus+ component Capacity building in Higher Education, with the participation of universities of Kyrgyzstan were submitted 25 project proposals. Six project proposals will receive funding. One of the six project is national (recipient country - only Kyrgyzstan), other project are multicounty (with the participation of two or more countries - recipients). Erasmus+
10 HE reformation agenda in Kyrgyzstan: Profile-orientation of HEIs to avoid duplicating and strengthening of links with labor market; Horizontal integration (optimization of HEIs); Change of status of HEIs, through licensing of educational programmes only for one or two cycles; Transfer of HEIs on self-financing basis; Optimization and strengthening of internal HEIs s management structures; change of approach towards financing standards of public order for higher education system; Effective and gradual introduction of independent accreditation and licensing; Development of mobility (internal and international) Development of educational standards based on competence-based approach

13 Some tips: Involvement of partners from Asia: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, DPR Korea, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam coherence with Regional priorities!!! Mobility strand is not valid for Central Asia! Structural projects are welcome!
14 Some tips: National/regional priorities established for the Partner Country need to be respected (assessed in award criterion 'relevance'); A need to mobilise new institutions as partners; Outreach beyond the capital cities to institutions in the regions and the periphery (Osh, Djalal-Abad, Batken); Lack of innovative approaches (new content and methodologies); Avoid overlapping and duplicating Tempus projects Partnership agreements are now compulsory! To discuss in advance

Innovative economy requires that they have also entrepreneurial and business skills. Objective: Professionalization of BA and Master programmes in agrarian technology based on enhancing entrepreneurial and soft skills and reinforcing university-enterprise relationships.
