A list of extracurricular activities (i.e., volunteer work, sports, and part-time employment), course of study, and aspirations for the future; and 3. Financial Need form, if applicable. MacDonald Memorial Bursary male student in PEI Service Memorial Scholarship awarded annually to a student who is a PEI resident who serves/served, or has ancestors or family members who served, in the Canadian Armed Forces, Royal Canadian Navy, Canadian Army, Royal Canadian Air Force, Royal Canadian Sea, Army, or Air Cadets The Dr. John H.
